I recently used Edwards Removals for my household move and I am thrilled to say that it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The service I received was top-notch, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free and efficient moving experience.

What a firm. Reliable right from the off and very professional and straightforward to deal with. There were no "problems" with these guys, they just got stuff done (and on time) and brought a "can do" attitude. All the staff I came across (from the removal team to back office) were polite, courteous and with a great sense of humour, and boy, can the removal guys put in a decent shift! They had my four bed house packed and out the door in no time. No breakages, no complaints, all smiles and a perfect job. I thoroughly recommend Edwards/Clockwork.

I’ve been using Edwards for 20 years. From day 1 to today, their entire team and service has been impeccable. They really care.

Brilliant service.
We recently used Edwards Removals in collaboration with our interior design company when renovating our house. Over the last 6 months Edwards have been receiving and storing the various items chosen by us (via our designer) in readiness for everything to be installed once our house was ready.
When it finally came to our installation date, the team from Edwards were beyond anything I could have wished for!!! All members of the team were so professional. The team, led by Gergi, were conscientious, patient, helpful and so polite. Once they all had introduced themselves they quickly got to work. It was such harmony. The floors were covered in plastic to ensure our newly laid carpets remained clean. The door had a cover placed upon it. The furniture was unwrapped and assembled. The ceiling pendant in our dining room was hung. Our artwork and mirrors were hung around the property. All the packaging removed. And all done whilst the team were constantly on hand and with smiles on their faces. I was worried something would happen to our immaculately, and recently decorated home. As you'd normally expect when moving. However, not a single blemish!
The team made the experience so painless and even enjoyable!
I couldn't recommend Edwards highly enough. We certainly won't be moving from our beautifully decorated home anytime soon but if we were to, I wouldn't look any further than Edwards. Thank you all those involved!

Spectacular performance by Edwards Removals. The team at Edwards have recently moved my wife and I from our old family home in London to our new retirement cottage in Devon.

I was more than happy with the service. Couldn't of asked for better.

Edwards Removal made my move extremely simple and manageable from the beginnng to the end, from the point of survey, to booking the service and finally the delivery team.
I have also presented a challenge to the delivery team with having a property busy with building works. The team was great working around the bumps and hoops. I can highly recommend this company.

Our experience first started with Sherlyn the move manager. She was very helpful and efficient. She quickly arranged for the survey. Michael the surveyor was very detailed and pleasant. We changed our mind about what we wanted to ship so he came back for a second time and went over the items in a detailed manner. The packing team was headed by Lupce. The team were very quick and organised exactly like the name clockworks. They were very accommodating because they would unpack items if we wanted to change the order of packages. I have shipped things before but this experience was on another level.

Excellent service and very efficient move! Everyone was very friendly and careful with our stuff, while getting everything loaded and unloaded incredibly fast. They even worked around our two cats (who were already stressed) and made our day almost totally stress-free. Would recommend to anyone

I’m a month late writing this, I moved home on 19th January, right in the middle a huge new launch in my business. Andrew and his team were outstanding, they packed up my home and moved me across London. Wow.

Firstly, I would now always book their packing service - their care, consideration and attention to detail was faultless. It was incredible how they organised each room, with zero stress. At my new home they laid protective covering over the carpets and swiftly moved everything into place - including putting all my furniture back together.

They had calculated the right amount of van space and people to move everything. They even offer a service to collect the boxes when all are unpacked!

They made everything look and feel so easy, there was none of the usual stress when moving. I actually enjoyed it!

You were so kind and happy, and even cared about my dog when he was very confused at what was going on!

Comprehensive removal service, well planned by Michael who took time to understand exact requirements then all the hassle of the move with parking permissions etc all sorted by the office. Team doing the work of the move were also great, friendly and very efficient and careful with everything. Also managed to get the piano upstairs in my new place! So many thanks to Michael and Sherlyn for organising and to Bobby, Talit Nanny, Andreas and Alex for the move itself.

Absolutely excellent service at both ends of our move. They were fast, efficient, punctual and good spirited throughout. Highly recommended!
