From the initial quote conversation to the final box being unloaded at our new home, I couldn't be more pleased with using this team. Deca & his men were kind, considerate and worked tirelessly throughout the day of the removal, constantly keeping me updated with their status. Ryan was efficient and swift in his replies to me when I was booking the removal in, and arranging collection of the empty boxes. Yes ,great lads came to move a lot of my property and worked non stop 3 days solid ,my move was an international move and although tricky and complex customs requirements the ladies at clockwork took me through the process stage by stage ,look forward to safe arrival mid may . The movers were fantastic. They thought carefully about how to pack items and worked carefully and hard for a very long day. Even as the day wore on they continued to prioritize the safety of my delicate items and i would recommend them wholeheartedly.

As an interior design firm our client experience is paramount and the team at Clockwork/Edwards were fantastic from start to finish. From initial quote they were responsive and friendly, which ultimately made us choose to work with them over another firm.

Ryan and Richard were particularly helpful throughout in managing our deliveries to storage, checking everything and adding it to the inventory, or flagging damage before it reached our client's home. Of course, we had some unforeseen hiccups on install day but both the onsite and warehouse team have bent over backwards to ensure everything is perfect. Can't recommend enough!

The firm were meticulous with all communications and direction and handled every aspect of a difficult job professionally and intelligently. Cannot recomend them highly enough and their costs are reasonable given the time and expertise they put in.

We recently moved locally from Highgate to Hampstead. Art and his team were utterly amazing. Punctual, polite, courteous and actually made the process very painless.
I did get cheaper quotes but I am so glad I went with my gut and chose Edwards Removals. Money very well spent.

These guys are ridiculously good. Made the whole process so easy. From the initial phone call, through to the lorry driving away, the staff were always happy to help, on hand to answer my questions, patient and empathetic.

Fairly priced. Helpful and friendly crew who worked hard and broke nothing

We just wanted to write to you to comment on how excellent Michael and Dennis were during our move last week.
They were professional, so careful and thoroughly helpful. We really appreciated everything they did for us.

Richard and his team were fantastic during our (very last minute move) last week. Nothing was too much and the guys were nothing but professional, hard working, courteous and lovely to have around in what should have been a stressful experience! Thank you - will recommend to all.

Having moved a few times, the difference with Clockwork is that they cared about making us happy with what otherwise is a stressful process. Yes there were hiccups and few issues but that is inevitable - the crew were very good and worked hard with no breakages!

Edwards Removals were recommended to us. When we received the quote, at first, the overall cost was a little overwhelming. However, we removed some of the optional extras and chose van hire with a team of three. The on-the-day team were helpful, polite, punctual and turned things around quickly, without rushing.
