My son really enjoyed his trip.
Everything was well organized and our tour guide was very knowledgeable and committed to us getting the most out of our experience.
It was well-planned out. The tour director was knowledgeable and actively worked to provide opportunities for my students as well as look up curious tidbits about all our locations. The only real complaint I have is on the state of the world and weather, which is beyond EF's control. All they could control, they worked to ensure the students were comfortable, safe (covid restrictions still in place), and happy with their exposure to new cultures, languages, food, etc.

My daughter had an awesome trip & experience that will last her a lifetime and she is already talking about studying aboard for college, for a few semesters! She had a great time learning of the history of the towns, buildings, etc. She had numerous adventures/stories with her fellow students. She took wonderful pictures of her trip. My concern though was that there was a LACK of proper communication when the whole group was stranded at the Frankfurt airport because the bus driver was late. Obviously, things like this happen; but we received more than enough e-mails/communication prior to the trip (mainly about the stupid covid-19 crap). Yet, when it came to communicating of students being stranded at the airport, new hotel arrangements, and flights the next day (did not find out if they would be able to fly out until late at night) - there was ZERO communication from EF Tours! My last concern is that one of the students on the trip labels herself as non-binary (although during the trip she was telling everyone she was a male and went into men's bathrooms) - this non-binary female was roomed with my daughter during the whole trip. I was told that she (non-binary) was going to have her own room and my daughter was then going to have her own room (since the rest of the students were male). If any of you have daughters, hopefully you will understand my concern.

The bus driver took a wrong turn causing the group to miss out on the salt mines. Very disappointing.
bus was having issues and the bus driver took it back to the garage with all of the luggage still on the bus which they didn't have for the first night.
Loved the tour, loved the tour guide, but had a little trouble with the bus and driver.
Had a good time, seen a lot, too much walking.
