Excellent staff who always provide a positive and great service. I’ve never had any problems with taking money out of my account or borrowing against my savings. I highly recommend becoming a member if you aren’t one already.

Can’t praise our C.U. enough as they are so helpful
Both my husband and I have been members for a long time and always found our Credit Union to be very helpful and professional. Nothing is too much trouble when asking anything. I have not heard anyone saying anything negative and I have many friends who save in the C.U.

My welcome package hadn't arrived so after two weeks I telephoned the credit union office. I found them to be warm and friendly and another credit union welcome pack arrived a few days later. First class service.

Staff are exceptional in EK branch
Staff are exceptional in EK branch. When my partner died they dealt with his account and kept me up to date all the way. I found them to be both professional and empathetic. Always very good service.

Great way to save
I find credit union an easy way of saving money with a standing order every week off my wages and to get a loan if i need it...
Very friendly and helpful staff...

Ek credit union is first class...
Been a member for over 20 years, always had wonderful service. Staff are so friendly and helpful. When i forgot my password during pandemic, i was emailed back so promptly with help. Just brilliant service, thank you.

I've been a member for about 12 years…
I've been a member for about 12 years now. I was never able to save before. I started off paying a little each month and then took out a loan. After I paid off the loan I realised that I could afford to keep paying the same amount into my savings and I now have a wee pot of money for emergencies. I don't think I would have this if the staff had not encouraged me to keep saving. The staff are lovely and so helpful. I can do everything on my mobile phone easily.

You couldn't find a more helpful financial institution to look after your money and to give you guidance. There's always someone at the end of the telephone if the branch is not open (as in during the pandemic) and they do keep you fully informed via email. The branch is conveniently placed and easily accessible. Highly recommended.
