I would not recommend anyone else but Simon Parker at Embrace. Simon arranged my very first mortgage and I have been dealing with him ever since without fault. From the very beginning, Kristopher Camblin was incredibly supportive and professional. Our first meeting was a video call rather than just a phone conversation, which made a big difference. He was very transparent and open with us, sharing his screen and taking the time to clearly explain every step of the process so we fully understood what to expect.

He never rushed the conversations and was always willing to spend as much time as needed.

We were offered services through embrace when arranging a viewing with reeds reins which at first I wasn't all that fussed about but then spoke with Andy who became our mortgage advisor and was blown away.
