Immediate response from Employers direct. Quick easy response and clear instructions. My query was not too complicated but I could not understand it. After a few minutes, all was clear. I will use this service again, should I require it.

He was more interested in selling me Peninsular than anything else. I have worked in the legal industry and believe me they are not that good, very few of these large and very expensive organisations are a good deal for the small to medium employer.

Although busy when I originally called, the company did call me back within a couple of hours and answered my question to my satisfaction. Very friendly and approachable and I will use them again. Also they have called me a couple of times since the enquiry to follow up on it and make sure that I was satisfied

I contacted Employers Direct to obtain some clarification on a slightly
unusual issue, and the advice I received gave me the confidence to deal with the issue appropriately to a good outcome.

Gave some very useful information but also some 'it's your call' advice which is frustrating even if unavoidable.

I filled in a form for a call back. I received a response to say you would contact me shortly. I finally got a call a week later and we had resolved the issue ourselves.

My queries were answered efficiently and to my complete satisfaction.

I found employers direct to be most helpful and accessible.

I had a question to ask, but thought asking Employers Direct would make me look stupid and inexperienced at my job. I thought I knew the answer, but I just needed them to agree with me, or at least if I was wrong they would guide me in the right direction. Like I was told on the phone, there are no stupid questions. The information I received was great advice. By following what I was told, the situation did not unnecessarily escalate into something bigger than what was needed, and was solved quickly and quietly. I like the fact that they follow up on the advice they give by calling you back at some point, and checking everything is OK. I totally recommend them, and will no doubt use them again in the future.
