Totally uninterested.
I called needing some advice with regards to sick pay to a level 2 student hairdresser I have working for me. My question was answered thankfully by a gentleman answering the call that specialised in that area. But I have to say that it was myself dragging the answer out of him as he had 0% of personality. There was other areas I needed to ask about but felt it would of been to much trouble for him to answer. But thankfully he did answer what I needed to know.

I thought what I was going to ask was a stupid question, but was told there are no stupid questions. The advice given was clear and precise with easy to follow directions. I received a follow up phone call a few weeks later which was a surprise, but a pleasant one, to see if everything was OK.
