It's clean and has all the equipments…
It's clean and has all the equipments that you need, and the opening hours are really generous. The staff are really nice and also very competent. In addition, unlike many other places, the energie I use has a really good sauna that I use quite often.

This gym is a decent place to work out
This gym is a decent place to work out.
Pros:
- 4 to 5 squat racks so you are hardly waiting.
- friendly people at the gym
cons:
- small changing rooms
- increased the membership fee of existing members.

Clean and tidy all the equipment you need lots of PTs on hand if needed also sauna available so good value for money

Great gym and facilities
Great gym and facilities. Friendly staff, clean premises and good price. They doubled up on dumbbells and installed a good amount of squat racks for the size of gym. Good music played throughout (not a radio) so I never need headphones. Highly recommend.

Enjoy going to the gym just after most…
Enjoy going to the gym just after most people’s lunchtime visit - then it’s quiet, equipment is available and there might be space in the changing room! Otherwise it can be overcrowded in the gym and changing room which is very small (floor gets wet/dirty easily too). Friendly vibe. Shame yoga classes cut. Still decent value.

Energie (Borough) Feedback
Generally very happy as location great from a work perspective. Very personable trainers and management team around on site at all times. It is good value for money though I was disappointed that price went up, not so much what the cost is but from a perspective of putting up a current members price. I train locally too and price has never gone up in 8 years. I wonder if another price rise is 'around the corner'. Mens changing area is very small and once 5 or 6 people are there, can become frustrating. Overall though I really enjoy training here and it is value for money

Great gym, friendly staff, would definitely recommend. Only reason not 5 star - there are some machines which are not there which would be nice (but I don't think there is space for them, unless the cardio area is reduced in size)

Good for the price
Nice gym and good value. Pretty friendly.
Not the cleanest - including machines and lockers.
Showers often smell pretty bad and don't work very well.

Fantastic gym
Fantastic gym with a variety of equipment although some does need replacing due to wear and tear. Staff are very friendly and there are great facilities such as a sauna.
