Excellent and easy contact with Epic when ordering the bike making the process very simple. The bike arrived on time and in perfect condition. The wheel upgrade options are superb. Will definitely use Epic Cycles again.

From first contact to delivery, Ben & Viv were super helpful. Despite a component delay they offered to ship the bike with an alternative, with the correct item to follow once in stock. I wish I lived close enough for Epic Cycles to be my local bike shop!

Excellent service
The team at Epic Cycles gave fantastic service from the first point of contact to following up my questions after I had received the bike. They were proactive in keeping me informed about the likely delivery date of my bike that due to Covid and Brexit did change a bit.

Purchased a gravel bike from Epic in Autumn '21 after finding them online. Received great communication and support throughout ordering, build and delivery. Bike was exceptionally packaged for delivery and very prompt. Big thanks to Ben and Viv at Epic for accommodating requests and keeping me informed. Was a good experience ordering through them, felt good to support and would recommend them again.

This is my third or fourth bike from Epic now, I have worked with them directly (in-store) and remotely to build my bike and either collect from them with their excellent fitting service or have them delivered to me at home. Each time the service has been impeccable: quick responses, helpful advice without pressure, and timely build & delivery at good prices. Would (and do) recommend.

Had a bit of a wait due to someone parking a boat sideways in the Suez Canal but once the bike arrived, it was swiftly dispatched to me.

These guys are good but I hesitate to give five stars. I have had 3 bikes from Epic in the past. Their marketing/sales are exceptional. To clarify, I never had a single issue with a bike from them until this year. What went wrong is matter of conjecture between me and them - bottom line from my perspective: I narrowly avoided a major crash due to a mechanical just days after taking delivery of a new bike. They say it was a damage-in-transit error, I suspect otherwise. What I must state in their defence is they rectified the problem ( was never definitively disclosed what the source was) and had it couriered back to me, but only after I had made a 5-hour round trip on my day off to deliver it back to their offices personally. In summary - great guys when everything is dandy, good guys if things go wrong ( as long as you have half a day - or more - to drive to Ludlow).

Absolutely first class service. Bike arrived exactly when they said it would. I had a few minor issues with the bike as the manufacturer had changed some of the spec on the bike. Totally out with Epic Cycles control, but they offered and supplied equivalent replacement parts to bring the bike inline with my original expectations.

Everything was dealt with as quickly as possible with emails etc being responded to by return. Their customer service is spot on and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new bike.

I bought an Orbea Orca OMX from Epic Cycles and it was a breath of fresh air. Excellent communications from everyone involved throughout the process and although I wasn't able to collect the bike due to the restrictions it was sent via a courier and arrived in perfect condition. A special thanks to Mark, Viv, Steve but especially Tom for their help and advice. I would have no hesitation in ordering another bike from them.

Very few bikes in stock locally so I looked online and found the Felt Breed gravel bike I wanted in stock at Epic Cycles. Great service from the remote discussion about sizing, arranging finance, through to bike build and delivery. Would totally recommend using Epic Cycles for your bike purchase.

Great communication from initial approach through to despatch of the bike. Advice about the frame size was spot on. Bike arrived well package and prepared and ahead of the date we had advised Epic Cycles that we needed it by. Had never bought a bike online before and in the current bike shortage it proved impossible to buy from a local dealer. We took the plunge and were impressed by the service received. Would not hesitate to use Epic Cycles again. Highly recommended.

My wife and I both wanted new bikes in the Spring of 2020 and having decided on Cannondale Topstone al 105s, looked online for someone to supply (as no local shop had them in the right sizes). Epic Cycles came highly recommended and one conversation with the guys on the phone showed that they clearly knew their stuff. They offered a great price for two bikes, which we duly accepted. I had some reservations about buying online but Viv kept as fully in the loop for the couple of weeks it took Epic to build our bikes and get them to us.
A few thousand miles and 15 months later and I manage to damage the steerer top cap whilst making an adjustment. One phone call and email to Workshop Manager Tom and he has not only identified the part but sent me links to a retailer stocking them. Five minutes later the necessary parts has been bought and is on the way.

Great customer service. Even though clearly very busy they still got back to me promptly with sincere and honest experience-backed advice. Got a great bike with great spec at a competitive price. The wheel upgrade option is such a good idea! Thanks guys.
