I had a very annoying issue with a rattling SRAM shifter. Most local bike shops would fob this one off as normal but not EPIC, Tom from the workshop forced the point and arranged a rebuild from SRAM. Now i have perfect silent bike riding once more. Very happy

Each member of staff I had the pleasure of dealing with at Epic was, prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. They all made the process of buying my new Orbea Laufey an absolute cinch. I was kept up to date on dispatch and delivery dates regularly and never felt they'd just taken my deposit and put me on a list. I felt valued as a customer and can't recommend Epic Cycles enough. Just took delivery of my new Orbea Orca from Epic cycles.
There were COVID/brexit related delays but they were outside of Epic’s control. When epic received the bike the turnaround was quick and delivery to my London address, through their selected courier was hassle free.
Good level of updates during the lead time and ordering, size selection and payment was smooth.
Would use Epic again..

It can be daunting buying a bike remotely from a bike shop in another part of the country, but Epic Cycles provided excellent advice and service throughout. The bike was extremely well assembled and the follow up customer service has also been excellent. Thank you.

I bought an Orbea Orca Aero from Epic in 2020 and the entire process was fantastic. From the first emails, to the personal bike fitting through to ordering the bike the customer service was outstanding. With Covid the bike delivery took longer than expected but the team kept me updated regularly until my bike was delivered. They even managed to get me some free merchandise from the supplier due to the delay which was a nice touch. The bike was delivered and was every bit the machine I was hoping for.

A particular shout out to Tom in the workshop who helped me with a new chain when the bike was first delivered as the one supplied was noisier than expected. Then role on a year fantastic support yet again in working with the handlebar manufacturers to source a spare part. The part was requested and delivered in less than 3 days.

These guys really do go above and beyond for their customers, and know bikes inside and out. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Great experience purchasing my new Orbea Orca through Epic Cycles. From the off, Mark was super helpful in using my measurements to ensure the right size of frame and components. They work with Orbea's MyO system to allow you to order the exact custom paint design that you want (I went for white, blue and gold and it looks AMAZING), and also to swap out many of the components from the standard off-the-shelf build if you want to. On top of all that, I got a great wheel upgrade to the DTSwiss PR1600's at a very reasonable price.

After placing the order, Mark and colleague Viv regularly kept me up-to-date on expected delivery dates, and were more apologetic than they needed to be when circumstances outside their control led to some very small delays! Collection from their premises in Ludlow was great too - thanks again to Mark for taking the time to run me through some of the key differences from my previous bike (e.g. how to remove thru-axle wheels!) and even showing me a life hack so I could fit it into my car without removing the back wheel!

Overall, delighted with the new bike and can wholly recommend buying your next Orbea through Epic Cycles.

Excellent buying experience from start to finish. From help in educating me on my bike size (in a very helpful and good humoured way!) to the delivery of the bike exactly as I'd ordered it and when they said it would be delivered. I couldn't ask for more and would recommend anyone to use them when buying a new bike ..... even from 400 miles away!

From the moment I made contact with Epic Cycles the communication was first class. Everything from getting my sizing correct to updates on when my bike was due in to be built, and delivery.

Once my choice was made the deposit and payment system was so simple. My bike was delivered on the day specified.

Any email quiries I had along the way where normally answered within 30minutes of the email by my nominated single point of contact.

These guys have been fantastic from the very first contact to the last. I don’t think I have ever experienced an online company who have genuine customer care. No matter who I dealt with they ensured continuity and very clear communication. Really excellent.
I was looking for something different but Christian gave other options and was very helpful in making me aware of how the options varied. Then Viv took over and the standards were maintained to the highest level.

I contacted Epic cycles to purchase an Orbea Terra. They responded quickly and corrected my initial size request to a more appropriate small. They were super efficient and professional. Once ordered I was handed over to the build team, who kept in contact and were really quick getting the bike ready. The bike arrived extremely well and carefully packed and I still haven't had to adjust anything other than sandle height after 4 rides.

I'd head good things about this store but they managed to exceed my expections. Really very good indeed.

After being let down by a manufacturer I approached Epic Cycles to see if they had any free stock available. One phone call and I had a list of suitable bikes. I was talked through the various options and agreed on the bike. To ensure a perfect fit I spoke to another member of staff who confirmed size.

The bike was dispatched and arrived to me within a week of calling. Very knowledgeable staff who are clearly keen cyclists themselves. A very personal touch and a company i would wholeheartedly recommend.

Having ordered a bike back in October, I was kept well informed on the progress of my order which finally arrived last week.
