Helpful company
Ordered something online but was then contacted to be told that particular item no longer available but alternative could be used. Unfortunately, this didn’t work for me so had to cancel the order. Quickly and efficiently dealt with.

BEWARE
BEWARE. DON’T USE IF YOUR A SPARKY. Ordered 2 emergency lights that I thought was in stock. After taking my MONEY a week later after no news so I emailed them and they replied they are obsolete and were ordering me the newer version. My customer would not wait and who would blame them. I have cancelled the order and they took 20% OF MY MONEY because they say it was a non stock item even though it doesn’t say if on there website that they where non stock.

I ordered the wrong switch
I ordered the wrong switch . ETC kindly refunded the cost. They also tried to match my existing switches with a range of their own but were unable on this occasion to help. For the service, I would definitely recommend and will not hesitate to use again
