Unfortunately the item I wanted was out of stock. I was told immediately, the supplier was contacted for me to get an expected date of delivery and then an alternative offered. Excellent and very personal service. Will definitely use them again

Delivery on time
Delivery on time. Although 4 of the items were incorrect, a quick phone call and this was resolved immediately. The incorrect items collected by DPD and the correct ones delivered the next day. The sockets and switches look fabulous. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT. Thank you.
