I was recommended by a neighbour who had purchased from here in the past and had a good experience but never the less apprehensive about coming into a pushy sales environment, but, was pleasantly surprised!

From the second I walked in everyone was welcoming, smiley and friendly. We were given time to look around at our own pace and someone was always on hand to help discuss any questions we had.

Visted carstore, showed around a few vehicles by jake, decided on the one I liked, and was offered a test drive, he was very helpful and informative and explained everything, ran through all details and helped me with the transfer of my number plates and helped me tax the vehicle, he went above and beyond, customer care was excellent, chloe on reception was very helpful and had everything ready for when I turned up a few days later to pick up my plate, couldn't remove rear plate so they gave me two brand new ones, mikhail helped me sort out my retention on my private plates and has sorted getting my key fob a new battery, overall rating for customer care by all staff is a very pleasant experience and would recommend anyone to buy a car from here and to ask for Jake

Brought a car with Mikhail who ran through all the warrenty options and organised for some issues to be fixed in time for the pick up. Was very friendly.

After sales care non existent, we have an issue with the car we bought in October last year Ford Kuga. Bought the car online and had it selected to Leicester, a couple of issues which we are trying to get done via warranty(took out 2 year expensive warranty.Car sent into Evans Halshaw in Leicester in January of this year due to distance for diagnostic on faults they were not very helpful either!!! since then no communication on whether the car can have the warranty work done. I have rang after sales service manager and maybe spoken to him twice! Now all I get is with another customer and will ring me back,The other week I think I rang eight or nine times and not one phone call back same with emails. Please be careful our initial experience for buying was good but since then downhill all the way. I would be very dubious about buying from here again!. The car although used cost a lot of money and we certainly haven’t received the after care service you would expect from a big company. Numerous complaints now sent in so waiting to see how if anything happens!!!

Bought a car in July and had no problems with said car, was actually really pleased with it. But avoid buying their in-house products as you won't be made aware that you are tied to them like a ball and chain, unless you read the pages and pages of small print.

Unbelievably accused of abusing the product over the phone by their customer service staff.
"You are an example of all that we are against" said a colleague. Implying that customers like myself were taking advantage of the product, which bearing in mind I have never touched once, haven't needed thankfully nor used once when. All I phoned to do was to enquire about a pro-rata refund of a product on the car that I have recently sold, to be told its non-refundable to my bemusement as this was never made clear at POS other than to trawl through the pages of policy writing, I would have liked to have thought the main points of a policy would be made clear to you at POS rather than hope you find it amongst the mass of writing.

I'm aggrieved to feel like the dealer has not been up front about a product, but to then be accused as being the type of customer they do not want, it's astounding customer service.

If you want to be treated well, I would look elsewhere, seems to be that you only get VIP treatment when they're after a sale. Shame.

We had excellent service from Paul V right through the process of purchasing our 2019 Skoda Kodiaq.
He kept us informed at all times and was friendly and professional.

One star is a bit too high for my experience but they don't have a lower one, so i brought my car from here in may last year, it has gone for the MOT and failed due to testers not being able to get the high idle as it is erratic, the car has driven the same from day one and when contacting them to swap my finance over and informing them they have sold me an unfit car they now refuse to call me back, i have been told by my garage that this shouldn’t of even passed the last MOT as this fault has been prior to me getting the car i have spent a lot of money to try and fix this issue and no fault is coming up parts have been changed and it is still the same i am not unable to work as my car is basically my job and i am left paying for a car i am unable to use, my finance company have been very helpful but it will take time for the complaint to go through AVOID THIS PLACE
