Fabulous experience from Jake marsh at CarStore Shrewsbury, Jake helped me pick out the perfect car for me, he listened to all my needs and wants, from the day of my enquiry to collecting the car Jake kept me informed all the way and was always on the end of the phone if I had any questions, would recommend Jake and CarStore if your looking for a new car!!

Car was in for Service and Mot as part of the service plan which I bought when buying my car from the dealership . All was done brilliantly and even included a video of the vehicle check (brakes , tyres , fluids , underbody condition etc ) which I wasn’t expecting but gave me reassurance everything was done with customer care and service in mind . Thanks guys

From first contact through to purchasing the car Paul was really knowledgeable and helpful. When going into the car showroom, we were greeted very warmly, offered a drink and well looked after, by all staff. The car was ready for us to view and test drive. It was pristine, which was so good, normally cars a not really clean and you get the promise of it being valeted. This car was so clean right from the start.
My only disappointment is that we were offered an unreasonable initial offer on the car we were going to part-ex. This offer doubled over the negotiating period!! Not Paul's doing, but from management.
Apart from that, Paul was a really nice person to do business with. Collecting the car was so simple and it was immaculate.
All options on warranties, etc were very clearly explained and at no time did we feel any pressure to commit to any.
So far and its only been a few days, the car is beautiful.
Overall a very good experience.

Left my care for a service and mot. Not only were they all welcoming and happy to help but the service and mot didn't take long. They also hoovered and washed my car without me asking brilliant service I recommend them.

I recently brought a car from Car store Shrewsbury Branch.
The sales assistant who greeted us, Hugh, was extremely patient. I was with my daughter & 3 grandchildren & he was even fantastic & patient with my grandchildren.
I explained to Hugh what type of vehicle I was looking for & emphasised I was only looking. Hugh then took us out to look at a couple of vehicles that matched what I was looking for.
Hugh was able to answer all my questions about the vehicles we looked at plus more information about them.
I feel in love with one & took it for a test drive there & then, I was even allowed to take the grandchildren to “try it out”.
On return we were offered a hot drink while we looked at the vehicle in more depth & again Hugh answered more of my questions.
Once I was satisfied I brought the car with a date to pick it up.
On picking it up there was an issue with my insurance, again Hugh was so patient with me & helped me sort it out there & then so I was able to drive it away as planned. I was so grateful.
A few weeks on & there was something wrong with the tyre, I spoke to Hugh & he booked me in with the garage who then rang me with a date to take my vehicle in to be fixed.
The whole experience from start to present has been amazing & I honestly can not fault the service during or the aftercare.
I thoroughly recommend Car Store in Shrewsbury & especially Hugh. Definitely deserves the 5 stars for his patience with my questions & grandchildren.

My family have dealt with Carstore in the past so I decided to pay a visit. I’ve been on a hunt for a new car but my visit recently was a bit shocking. I had a browse on the selection of cars. I understand the purpose of the price sticker. But it is a bit of a hassle and the cars I was interested in had no stickers on them so wasn’t helpful. I spent a good hour here as the cars are scattered around inappropriately, flat tyres on some cars and I witnessed a car being driven unprofessionally on the car lot. But no one spoke to me and it seems they can not be bothered to get a sale. Just a shame considering last time I had a great experience. If you’re looking to buy a car then that’s basically impossible here as it seems unorganised.

Was specific about the car and year, and specs I was after. When I visited I met Mikhail, he searched around for me and was able to accommodate my needs and get me the car I wanted. Was very happy with customer service from him and the quality of the car store.

I have been involved in the purchase of a vehicle with my wife. We paid cash for the vehicle and left with it the same day. We understand the car was not quite ready and agreed to bring it back in for some issues that needed to be resolved: key battery to be ch she’s, spare Tyre to be placed correctly in boot of car, cash buffing for scratches. They also offered to add some petroleum.

We returned in the agreed date. They told us they were not ready to have the car put on the acceptable state or should have been, before selling it. We returned 3 days later, as agreed.

The car was then returned to us: with no second key, as they key actuallybelonged to a different Jaguar??????? They stole someone’s else key to make it look like it had two keys when being sold.

Then the spare Tyre was still not secured and the scratch marks not begged out.

Back again we trot, 3 days later. Now I to 10 visits of this circus with main clown being Bradly the Manager.

We are. Ow on Day 17 and still have no second d key for our car ans saga continues

Straight forward "this is the price, this is what you get" experience. Jake was helpful and provided a relaxed buying experience, good customer service and answered all my questions.

Exceptional customer service from Mikhail, made the whole buying process easy and smooth. Would highly recommend as he always keeps his word and makes you feel valued as a customer
