Having purchased a used Suzuki Swift from Evans Halshaw Middlesbrough we set about driving from Kent to Teeside. Our salesman Tom Brown was very helpful suggesting hotels etc. on picking up the car Tom had come in on his day off to do the hand over. He had also taken the car out and added fuel to help us on our way. He was very friendly and wished us a safe journey.

Ist class experience from this dealership.My car broken down on Tuesday they accepted the car unlike other dealerships whoi wouldnt despite being under warranty and car fixed and back on the road by Friday night.As a self employed Driving Instructor getting back on the road was vital to reduce loss of earnings and these guys helped me out.Would recommend to anyone to use the service department.

Tom Brown found us our ideal used car with minimum fuss and always a smile. He made the whole process easy and smooth, even coming in on a Sunday so we could collect out car when he wasn't supposed to be working. Impeccable service. Thanks.

Tom Brown provided excellent service, helping me by giving me all the info I needed about the vehicle, allowing me to test drive and giving me time to become comfortable with vehicle. He and the team went above and beyond provided me with a great deal on my part exchange and even throwing in a few extras.

Incredible service from Tom at Evan’s Halshaw. I bought my first car from there and didn’t really know anything about cars. Tom was great at being completely unfazed by the daft questions, didn’t make me feel stupid, and properly worked with me to find what worked for me from a car! Unlike other garages I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into anything. It made buying my first car a much more relaxed and safe experience! Can’t recommend Tom enough.
