Could not have wished for a better experience
We had previously dealt with Evans Halshaw Cardiff for our Motability vehicle, however the last time we were looking for a vehicle we could not find something suitable, we therefore decided to try an alternative dealership, after receiving such amazing customer service from them it was always going to be a gamble trying another dealership, it turned out to be the wrong decision, Im not sure any dealership can match the service level that we had previously received at Evans Halshaw.
This time we went back to Evans Halshaw and we're lucky to find that the same staff were on hand to guide through the process of replacing our current vehicle, just as I remember the service was amazing from entering the showroom to collecting our Vauxhall Grandland Chris did an amazing job, I can see now that if you're replacing your vehicle and the dealership have managed to retain the original staff for many years this speaks volumes, I will without doubt be returning for my next vehicle, I really hope that the dealership has managed to retain the same service staff or that the current staff are of the same quality as the previous staff, I do feel confident that when my vehicle goes into the workshop it will be treated just as though the vehicle was one of there own.

Superb service with no fuss!
I had realised that my car was overdue for its M.O.T. test and started to panic.
Phoned Evans Halshaw Service Dept, Vauxhall, Cardiff, who were very kind and arranged for my car to be collected the next morning as I am presently on crutches following knee surgery.
It was picked up promptly by a very pleasant driver and I was kept informed of its progress by text.
It was ready very quickly, with a clean bill of health, I paid my bill by phone and it was brought back at once.
I am so grateful to everyone in the Service Department for their excellent standard of service!
I am so glad I also have a Service Plan with them which is well worth the fee to have peace of mind about my car.

Experience started with paying a securing deposit online for a car that was already sold. Ok, you can understand the lag in removing the for sale advert .. however, 14 days to receive your refund is hardly acceptable. Evans Halshaw evidently have an issue with this process which only aggravates customers.!
