I ordered the item weeks ago

I ordered the item weeks ago, it didn’t arrive and I was told that there was no evidence of an order. The decision was should the order plus cheque eventually turn up it would be cancelled and I would reorder at a later date. However earlier this week I had a message to say that my order was being processed. It has now arrived this morning but I haven’t as yet had an opportunity to look at it

We are not able to cancel customers cheques unfortunately, as soon as cheque orders are received they are placed immediately for security reasons.

Highly recommend shopping with Expert Verdict

Website user friendly. Quality of items purchased were exceptional. Reasonable prices. Delivered one day before estimated delivery time which was good. Good tracking system and kept informed of order progression. Items left in 'Safe Place' as instructed. Would highly recommend shopping with this company.

rubbish product

the first time on and both ankle supports split after a few hours then the knee support split and fell off a few hours later they are not fit for purpose wasted my money

After trying to use the supports

After trying to use the supports, in two days, one of them split. Again after using them again the other one split. It would appear that the supports were not large enough for my use, and unfortunately they have been discarded. Thanks anyhow.

Slow delivery

Took to long to be delivered and then had to return due to a missing part. Purchased elsewhere instead.

Nothing went wrong with the courier…

Nothing went wrong with the courier delivery : they told me they had my parcel and delivered it the next day.
BUT : Expert Verdict? First - they LIED to me by telling me my order had been dispatched - but they didn’t even have the product in their building……….!!! I know that because they told me in another email that they were waiting for more of that product to come in. THEN they told me on February 9th that my order had been dispatched : so - WHY did it take Expert Verdict SO LONG to get my order to the courier………..??? Exceptionally POOR service…………

I am very sorry that you received a dispatch email before the order was sent.

This issue was investigated, and it was found to be a system error that had caused the dispatch notification to be sent prematurely, this has now been corrected so should not happen again.

Having checked, I can see that we advised the delay was caused by an issue with the stock unfortunately, the order was dispatched as soon as we did receive the stock.

We sincerely apologise that you were affected by the system error, and for any frustration or disappointment caused.

Having checked, I can see that this was delivered within the expected time frame. When we were advised this was damaged we helped arrange the return, which was processed within the estimated 2 weeks we advise and the replacement was dispatched and delivered as quickly as we could.
