Had my car booked in for an MOT and service,told to take it down at 8:30 on a Saturday to get told on arrival that the rolling road was broken so can’t do MOT’s, so they rebooked for in a fortnight later (the day my MOT runs out) so thought we’d call a few days ahead to see if it had been fixed, to be told no we were going to phone you on Friday! The day before!!
VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! and now going to take forever to get a refund!!

Exhaust fitted
I rang the garage and spoke to Scott about my daughter's exhaust,he gave me a time to take the car in the next day.Tom quickly had the car on the ramps and soon rectified the problem while I waited.Both were accomodating and polite which is important to me as a customer and a good after care service which you don't always get from places.Thats what prompted me to remember to leave a review.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this garage. They failed my vehicle on its MOT due to what turned out to be an incorrect assessment, which appeared to stem from a lack of knowledge about this particular make and model.
After seeking a second opinion from a specialist, it became clear that the items they failed the car on were either misunderstood or incorrectly interpreted. An MOT tester should be familiar with the inspection requirements for different vehicles, or take the time to verify them before issuing a fail.
The unnecessary fail caused me wasted time, additional expense, and a lot of frustration. I would recommend that anyone with a less common or specialist vehicle considers using a garage with experience of that type of car instead.

IConcern prior to MOT
I was worried my tyres might need replacement prior to MOT but the Barnstaple branch gave my vehicle a full check and advised no need for any expense at the moment. First class service with no charge. I was very impressed and will certainly use their facilities again.

Do not update website.
Brought some tyres online ,paid upfront and was then told that they couldn’t get these tyres from their suppliers, thats fair enough,but they are still advertising the same tyres for sale ,surely they should remove them from their website ! Now it’s gonna take possibly 3 to 4 to get my money back . They did try to sell me an alternative but they were £80 per tyre more ! Not impressed.

Unfortunately our website does not show live stock levels due to the huge number of tyres and centres that we have. Each order is processed individually as we do not have a central warehouse where we can stock all the tyres and stock levels fluctuate with manufacturers and suppliers on a constant basis. Tyres are advertised on our website based on the information given to us by our suppliers and manufacturers and usually we are able to get stock in time for your appointment. Unfortunately there are times when we are unable to source stock and then have to find alternatives or offer a refund as stated in our terms and conditions.

Showing available time slots would be…
Showing available time slots would be much handier than booking for AM/PM, paying for it, then having to ring up to find out what time your booking is. Also not a huge fan of paying in advance of work being completed.
