If they were busy Just could have told me that they were busy and would have waited.
So Just walked out.

We were originally booked with the…
We were originally booked with the Tunbridge Wells F1 Autocentre for an aircon re-gas but they informed us on arrival that the machine wasn't working. They were apologic and suggested we use the Tonbridge branch. We rang and spoke to Craig who said to come straight over. He greeted us warmly and helpfully. Our car's aircon was re-gassed within 45 mins and we were very grateful to have the it working again during this very hot period of weather. Thank you Craig to you and your team who were very busy on arrival but still managed to fit us in.

Ryan and Rami in Salisbury saved my day…
Ryan and Rami in Salisbury saved my day today!! I cannot thank them enough, particularly Ryan. The cap had come off my water reservoir. Despite it being the end of the day, Ryan came to where my car was parked, armed with a Plan A & B and managed to fit a new cap. He went above and beyond his remit and I am eternally grateful! Ryan is an absolute asset to this Company!! Thank you and my hero for the rest of the week! from Lucy, no longer stranded of Salisbury!

They booked my car in for 8/30 Sunday…
They booked my car in for 8/30 Sunday morning when in fact they did not open until 10am so had to make the journey home and back again at 10am. They diagnosed the problem and booked me in for 8/30 on the Tuesday,when I phoned at 11/30 they said they were waiting for the parts (an oil filter,) I said you knew this part was needed when you booked my car in, went back at 2/30 still no parts so I brought my car home , will not be returning to this garage , didn’t even offer an apology
