Bad turned good another customer perspective !
Having ordered through Dealcloud these turned out to be the supplier! when ordering something on the 11 December way before the Christmas rush ! for Christmas, you would at least expect a UK based company to achieve a 'before Christmas' delivery - did they ? no !! did they manage between Christmas and the New Year - nope !! did they achieve straight after the New Year nope !! well when they say they deliver 21 days you can take it they WILL use every.............. single...................day................of the 21 days!! I've received products from the US and China faster !!
If a UK company cant complete a deliver before this there is something seriously wrong with their operation!! Ive still not received it so cant even comment on the "compatible razor blades"

AWFUL - UNABLE TO CONTACT
I purchased five pxp consoles via KGB deals last month. When at last they arrived from China, they were not boxed and wrapped in a small black plastic bag. Inside, the console was dirty, scratched and had no instructions and clearly a used item. Nothing like the description on the deal. I had to pay 4.99 per item to be posted to me. I tried ringing, and mailbox was full or phone engaged. I tried to email and got no response. I have spent £125 on five Christmas presents which I am unable to give.

Bad turned good
Initially I had a bad experience trying to get a games console. This has now been put right and the company deserve another chance. Customer satisfaction is the key to a good business. This company lacked this in the first instance but have since made improvements. Everyone deserves a second chance.
