I am so sorry that the driver who delivered oyur scooter wasnt helpful

Bought my scooter 5 years ago, and needed a new seat. Spoke to John who brilliantly organised a new seat. Once ordered it was delivered in a week. Everything was done over the phone. Excellent service.

A new level in caring for the customer
John at FOS Mobility takes customer service to a new level. When my new mobility scooter didn’t suit me, he helped me look at other options and sought the easiest way to exchange this for another. So often customer service is by the book and anything but - this was truly excellent.

As I’d recently said in a past trust pilot review, I was that happy with the service and product I’d bought from FOS that I was ordering something else that I need. Didn’t bother looking round elsewhere because I knew I would get a good result, and I’m pleased to say, I did. John, the chap I dealt with over the phone, actually delivered my order to my door personally. How’s that for service. Recommend FOS to anyone that is looking for mobility products without a doubt.
