Have had excellent service from the start when I first made an enquiry to purchase my electrically folding mini car scooter.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff who provided all the necessary information and answers to my questions. My scooter has been brilliant and provided me with greater comfort to travel further and longer with my young daughter on day trips and holiday adventures 😁

Terrible. Ordered a scooter which was apparently damaged in the warehouse. Asked for a refund and still haven't got it three weeks later. Director has emailed to say he will wait for the credit card company to write to tem, then he will issue a refund. AVOID.

If you are looking for a new scooter Do NOT go to factory outlet i bought brand new scooter last year and its had faults they have taken it back to fix and ive had to wait 3 to 4 weeks to get it back this time they say there was nothing wrong tried to rip me off with 2 new batteries wanted £300 when you can get them half the price and then charged me £50 before they would bring it back i paid this and still not got it ive rang and emailed but they just ignore they took it 4 weeks ago and i still havent got it back now i have to wait till the driver is in this area what have i paid £50 for customer service is nil I would NEVER use them again STAY CLEAR
