One star since customer support does…
One star since customer support does not seem to exist by this company. The ladies that answer the phone(s) at Falcon are all friendly , take all your contact data and tell you you'll be contacted.
I'll put it this way...I removed a letter from Falcon on my rear view mirror camera for each time I did not get a response from Falcon via phone, email or Facebook. My camera no longer has the Falcon name on it.
I won't advertise a company's product when I am treated like that as customer.
UPDATE:
First off, going back to my 1 star rating on the customer support.
What borhered me, and why I gave and leave my 1 star, is that I was never connected with anybody when I callef that could answer some questions I had, the mounting was one of them. The friendly ladies took all my info, including my telephone number. If I wanted back and forth emailing I would have emailed in the first place and not called. Why was I asked for my telephone number when they knew I would not be called?
Anyhow, maybe I'm just old fashioned, but speaking with someone on the phone saves allot of back and forth emailing as perhaps other questions may come up. In the conversation. One call and everything can be taken care of.
As for the product, the magnetic wireless rear view mirror camera. Just got back from vacation and gave it a good run through. I LOVE IT! GREAT PRODUCT! 5 STARS! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT!
It would be great if Falcon could somehow integrate a motion sensor to alert you at night, or day if you wanted, if someone is near your motorhome or whatever you have it mounted on. I'd have a couple these on the motorhome in that case.
Again, great product!

A call was logged with our techncial department on 10-06-2026 to which you requested assistance on "how to mount the metal plate" on your van.
This department emailed you this information the same day, Im sorry if you didnt receive this? Maybe it went to your SPAM folder. We also have a video online on our website showing how to install the system.
The videos on the website are on the product pages and on our help centre page too.
We look to provide the most helpful tools we can in terms of user manuals and self help videos.
We try to respond to any question and queries with a direct help tool.

22 inch Falcon 12v TV
22 inch Falcon.Tv picture and apps are great but sound is not too good using TV speaker. I attached a Bluetooth device and now good. The TV remote also controls the Bluetooth speaker volume. TV looks good and works really well on 12v in caravan. Great wifi connection. Looks good on the wall mount.

Absolute game changer for me
