What a rollercoaster of a ride this has been. Almost 3 years ago my husband had an injury which has for him changed his life. We contacted Fletchers Solicitors who took on the case. It has been an ongoing and lengthy process due to this being done in current time and not after an accident. The initial couple of years were hard work which was slightly frustrating, But we can honestly say that from January 2026 Mr Paul Pike and his team have been amazing and with guidance from him we reached a settlement figure and accepted it and as of today we can now say that the journey to our new normal will be slightly easier. Would highly recommend Mr Pike and his colleagues to anyone.

If you haven’t already made the mistake…
If you haven’t already made the mistake by seeking their help then DON’T
They don’t contact you back, they allow the GP’S to withhold various parts of medical notes over a period of 7 months.
If you complain then they’ll remind you cases can take three years!
That’s all well and good but at this rate it will be 3026.
I was promised a call back several times and didn’t get one.
Just because it can go on for three years it doesn’t excuse the fact their not chasing it the way they should.

Fantastic support and advice

I did need help with my claim and once Fletchers obtained all my medical history, he came up with a realistic figure to offer the council involved.

Cyclist traffic accident
After a road traffic accident (I am a cyclist) with an oncoming car I contacted Cycling UK who put me in contact with Fletchers. Diane contacted me directly to inform me regarding the legal process. Diane was professional alongside being empathetic and supportive throughout the whole case. Injury Claim
I am 79 years old and not completely at ease with modern technology. Sonia Urfa helped me enormously to navigate my way through the things I needed to complete on line. She was professional helpful Kind and patient. She explained everything in layman’s terms so I understood exactly what I needed to do and made sure I understood the legal side of things before I signed any documents. She explained that she could not advise me if an offer was made whether it was good or bad she explained what would be deducted from a claim for her company and other payments I had agreed to. All in all I was so happy that she was assigned to my case and I’m sure that she will be a great a great asset to Fletchers. After my accident which happened whilst I was a volunteer for 3 1/2 years at a charity organization, I was especially disappointed by the complete lack of follow-up or care after my accident. However, It was Fletchers solicitor that ultimately supported me through this process has been an absolute godsend.
