I have had nothing but a first class service from Fletchers it was not an easy case that could be solved quickly but I had a solicitor Naheed Mirza who was amazing she believed me supported me at every step keeping me well informed explaining thoroughly anything I didn’t understand and never ever made me feel that it was a problem honestly if you are reading this thinking as i did once should i do? it shouldn’t i do it? Cycling UK insurance claim following an accident
After a recent cycling accident Diane Holderness at Fletchers handled every aspect of my claim. This included discussing with me how the claim would be managed, arranging for a bike valuation and assessing my injuries. The advice given was also very fair and set out clearly what I needed to think about when assessing my claim. Everything was done as efficiently as possible and has all been concluded within 4 months. I especially liked the App which enabled me to keep informed as to what was being done and to turn things round quickly. I would certainly use Fletchers, through cycling UK, again if I was unlucky enough to have another accident. I can't recommend them highly enough

I got in touch with Lee Givnan at…
I got in touch with Lee Givnan at Fletchers following a fall at a garden centre in July 2024.
My situation was complicated by the fact that the 5th metatarsal fracture failed to join and was identified as a non-union which needed surgery.
Lee quickly obtained an agreement to carry out surgery, privately funded by the garden centre, to enable recovery before our son’s wedding.. two consecutive summers wearing a walking boot was not great but Lee’s continued perseverance has in the last couple of weeks resulted in a settlement.
This case wasn’t about the money, it was about making sure the garden centre took responsibility for an accident which whilst hugely inconvenient and painful for myself and something I will always have some effect from, will hopefully prevent similar happening to an elderly person which could have resulted in something far more serious if they had been incapacitated, resulting in infections and far worse.
Risk assessments must be taken seriously and actions taken to ensure the safety of everyone as well as not trying to simply cover up inadequacies in implementation of safety checks. All staff should be properly trained to understand the impact of failure to ensure public safety.
Lee kept me fully informed with progress as well as delays whilst waiting for medical records to be retrieved and reviewed.
I would definitely recommend Lee & Fletchers to anyone needing supportive accident claim solicitors.

Dave Gardner at Fletchers was…
Dave Gardner at Fletchers was exceptionally helpful with my claim. I was insured via Bikmo. A car collided with my bike in summer 2025.The driver denied liability. Dave provided support and reassurance throughout the process. He was successful in securing a settlement without the need for a trial. This covered personal injuries and a written off bike.
