There have been several staff members involved with the case for one reason or another but Jennifer (Ward)is the one who has helped most of all to bring it to a close.She has been very supportive and professional and given us sound advice throughout.

Fantastic from start to finish
I was extremely lucky to have Mike Steele assigned to my case and i couldn’t have wished for more. I was hit by a car when out cycling and decided to appoint the solicitors at Serious Injury Law to help with a claim for compensation. They were kind, efficient and professional right from the start, keeping me informed and updated throughout a difficult and unfamiliar process. Fantastic and honest solicitors
From the very first phone call I made to the team all the way through the process of making the claim, medical appointments and so on to the finalisation of the settlement I have been kept informed every step. They arranged fantastic medical care and made sure all scans and tests were carried out in a 5* private hospital setting. The defendant made false claims from the beginning to try and stop the claim before it started but fletchers fully accepted my side and argued with the defendants from the start ensuring that the claim went ahead.
They won my case and managed to get me a very nice initial offer without prejudice. I would highly recommend fletchers to anyone making a personal injury claim or medical negligence claim. Complete honesty from beginning to end which was a refreshing change after previous dealings with solicitors.

I’ve been dealing with a case and These guys have helped me tremendously, when it comes to convenience and quality of work they provide it shows due to the quality in which they take action moving a case forward. my case was settled and in my favour and in a position we were both satisfied. I contacted Fletchers Solicitors just over a year ago for medical negligence. They called me straight away, took all the details and appointed a solicitor called Karl Rushton. He was professional from the first contact, always keeping us updated at every point of contact.
This was a very stressful and difficult time for us but Karl always made us feel at ease.
I can’t thank Karl enough during this awful time and we got justice that has helped us move forward with our lives.

Fletchers have handled my claim since I…
Fletchers have handled my claim since I was knocked off my bike a year ago. I have been left with a significant AC shoulder injury.
I am very happy with how they have dealt with it and have kept me up to date with progress. Emily has provided excellent guidance and advice when the initial and subsequent settlement offers were made. Her work has meant that my claim could be brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
