Unbelievable service!
Looked online and their website which is extremely easy to use. Requested a callback and got one within 10 minutes. Jon was great and I had my holiday booked in less than 15 minutes. I was quoted £21500 and £18000 by other companies and I paid just over £11000.

Great service, Great knowledge and everything went so smoothly . Will definitely be coming back to book again for Florida holiday!

Recently returned from a fantastic Orlando holiday. The customer service from Florida4Less was flawless from start to finish, and everything worked like clockwork. The townhome we rented on Windsor Hills was massive, a wonderful surprise, and the resort itself was beautiful and quiet. All vouchers we were supplied with worked first time every time, and the cherry on the cake was that we couldn't have done it cheaper anywhere else! Thanks F4L!!

Just back from our holiday to Florida. There were 12 of us travelling together which gives its own problems when trying to plan to please everyone!

Jon could not have been more helpful sorting out the various requests, changes and purchasing a last minute extra seat as one our party needed an extra seat due to a leg injury. It was a bit of a palaver but Jon persisted with BA and got it sorted. Also arranged our pool heating at the last minute!

Our Villa was beautiful, just as it looked in the photographs, we also had a car and 12 seater mini bus. Everything went smoothly and we had the best time thanks to the attention to detail shown by Jon from Florida4less!

Certainly recommend and will definitely use then]m again.

All the staff I spoke to were extremely helpful & answered all my questions, no matter how obscure they were. Everything was dealt with quickly & the staff had a good knowledge of where we were staying & wanting to go

Jon is fabulous. We booked our holiday to Orlando and following our booking there were some bad reviews of the accommodation we’d booked. I called Jon in a panic and he kindly amended our booking for us. Jon is friendly, warm and very helpful. As Head of Customer Support myself for a company, I appreciate amazing service and Jon certainly provides that.

Booked with Florida4less for the first time back in 2021 for a holiday in August 2023.
Upon booking the holiday for a party of 7 they have been great. One of our party is disabled and they helped us with all our questions throughout the lead up to our holiday (which have been many).
Having never used them before we were concerned that it would live up to our expectations but it certainly did and I would definitely book with them again.

The representative dealing with my requests did everything possible to meet with my requirements and was very helpful in providing me with extra information on ESTA requirements and how to access this.

I spoke to Jon at Florida4less regarding a trip to Orlando for summer 2024. Jon came back to me very quickly with some very good options and asked us to see what we thought and get back to him either way. We decided on one of the holidays and spoke to Jon and he was brilliant - took all details and got everything booked and organised for us in no time. Any questions we have had and Florida4less have got back to us in no time. Extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. We are so looking forward to our holiday.

I tell you what I was a little concerned at first because it was my first BIG holiday where I funded my family of 7! Florida4less did not disappoint the holiday was a thriving success!! Everything booked went as planned they took care of absolutely everything for our Disney holiday! I had one little upset with car hire (no fault of Florida4less) more so the local agents but once I reported it whilst I was abroad the team came back to me straight away and sorted the issue. Nothing was to much effort for these lot and every asked was answered in a fast and timely matter. I will certainly be using this company again when I go back (hopefully sooner then later) :) thanks Florida4less absolute grace A service

I used this company around 10 years ago for a Florida holiday as they were the most competitive, well Ive just booked a Florida Villa holiday for 2024 as they were £900 cheaper for exactly the same holiday than Firstchoice, no brainer for us

Amazing customer service! Florida4less couldn't have been more helpful any time I called with a question. Been waiting for this holiday for nearly 3 years due to Covid and it exceeded our expectations. Don’t look anywhere else

Whilst I agree with a lot of the reviews regarding the service you get from the sales team as they were helpful, friendly and efficient. They also rearranged another villa at short notice as our original one was repossessed by the bank, which they did without any hassle. We did ask if the villa was of the same standard as the original and they said “yes, all our villas are of the same standard”. Now that is my problem and I say to anyone out there reading this review, planning to stay in the Florida Davenport area, BEWARE. Our villa was absolutely FILTHY, took the cleaners two attempts to get it to an acceptable standard. Bedding on arrival was dirty and had to be replaced and when it was we had to remake the beds ourselves. The games room equipment was in poor condition and the pool furniture, what there was, was dirty and broken. We reported these issues to the property management team in Florida and the girl there said “we tell the owners and if they don’t want to do anything about it then there isn’t anything we can do. Really!!! Don’t rent out the property if it’s not up to standard would be my suggestion.
The villa was under the management of Executive Villas Florida, all I can say about them is when I started with my complaint at the end of July 2022 the reviews were at 3.2 out of 5, they are now down to 2.7 out of 5. That says it all to me, they are just not interested in getting their villas to an acceptable standard and therefore Florida 4 Less should not be selling holidays managed by Executive Villas.
We did receive a ‘good will gesture’ from Florida4less but nothing could compensate for the time spent phoning, emailing, visiting the Florida office and the cleaning I tried to do before the cleaners finally came out as all of these issues did I’m afraid, spoil our holiday!!!”

Back in April 2021 we decided to book a family holiday for 6 of us. I did a bit of research and contacted a few holiday companies before coming across Florida4less. What can I say about them. I had never heard of them and was a bit nervous taking on the responsibility of booking the family holiday - no pressure lol! I spoke to Jon, I told him what we were ideally looking for and he told me all my options. No pressure to book, said he would give me some time to think it over and to get in touch if I wanted anymore details. I decided to give them a go so rang to make the booking. Jon was off that day so I spoke to someone called Graham. From that point on I needn't have worried. Jon has been amazing answering all and I mean ALL my questions (there were plenty), most of the time he would call me rather than email me back (nice personal touch). Nothing was ever too much trouble, he shared some experiences and tips of his holidays to Florida which were invaluable. A few weeks before we were due to leave Jon contacted me to say the Villa we had booked was no longer available, my heart sank and I started to panic. I shouldn't have worried. Jon sent me a few new options of the same level villas and we chose one for the outside space although the inside looked a bit dark but I thought we wouldn't be inside that often. When we arrived a few weeks ago I was very impressed with the Villa, extremely clean, starter pack of goodies and well looked after. We had an amazing 2 weeks, the only complaint I have is the time passed way too quickly and we are now back to reality. I cannot recommend Jon and the team at Florida4less enough. They have all been wonderful but especially Jon. If I am ever lucky enough to go to Florida again, I will be contacting Jon and the team. They have so much knowledge about everything. 5* from me.
