Great company to deal with

I dealt with Graham at Florida4less and told him the specifics of what we needed for 5 adults and one child for Orlando. Graham came straight back with all the details we requested and for 2 to fly from Heathrow and 4 to fly from Manchester. He was precise with the Villa we asked for, 4 bedrooms and three on suite bathrooms which was great and also Car hire we needed with two insured. What I liked which is what so many companies have done is pester us and we didn’t get that with Florida4less. Great guy to deal with and very reasonable price for what we had. We were all very happy with everything he did.

Jon listened to our requirements

Jon listened to our requirements, of which there were many, and as far as we could see gave us the best advise he could give us. Jon worked very hard to give us value for money and made booking easy without stress and worry especially as this is a very special family holiday being planned. Jon was very easy to talk to and kept us informed at all times.
Going on our experience so far we would be happy to book any future holidays with Jon and this company.

Fantastic!

Have booked with these guys several times now and each time they’re fantastic! Always so friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They always go above and beyond in every way as well as always getting the best prices for our holiday.

Repeated refusal to refund…

We booked for a Florida holiday which was supposed to happen in April 2020. Through no fault of the company Covid 19 hit and all holidays to USA were cancelled. Since then florida4less have been asked again and again to refund the holiday. Again and again they have not done so despite this being in breach of all rules (theirs and the travel industries). The latest excuse is that they are waiting for Virgin to refund them. This is not in the ABTA/CAA rules but florida4less don't care about that. Recent news is that Virgin have been forced to complete all refunds by end of October 2020. I won't hold my breath that this company then actually refund the 10 thousand pounds they owe us.

They may be good when everything is going well but when push comes to shove they care about themselves and not the customer. Disgusting service. And they don't seem to be making any comment on the reviews about refusal to refund but have been quick to defend themselves on other bad reviews here. Guilty conscience?

Wow. Within a very short period of time, less than an hour, of this 1star review I get a phone call from florida4less!! They are in the process of refunding us apparently! And from the rather rude and argumetative member of staff it seems that we should be grateful for this? The fact that they retrospectively changed the rules, did not give updates and have not abided by the rules that were in place when we booked is something that does not seem to matter. And I was also told that they have not had the staff to process refunds! But they have got the staff to monitor negative trust pilot reviews apparently as they specifically mentioned my negative review!

Are florida4less any worse than any other travel company? I don't know as they are the only ones I have had to deal with during Covid. Are they a company that act well when things go bad? In my experience no.

The scale that the Coronavirus and the current travel restrictions in place are having on the travel industry and all of the various suppliers who provide services to a package holiday is enormous.

If you have booked with us a package including an element of transport, it is important that you know that your money is safe, and you are financially protected from the financial failure of any of the suppliers, or indeed ourselves as your Travel Agent, or Organiser. Right now, if your booking is cancelled because the FCO advises that you cannot travel, you are entitled to a refund, but you may need to be patient with the unfolding process.

Due to this, there have been a number of necessary changes to our stance on issuing refunds to customers for their cancelled holiday arrangements. During this time refunds are taking longer than usual and we thank you for your patience.

We are committed to ensuring every refund that is due to a customer following the cancellation of their holidays is provided, although we are also following the industry practice around the issuance of a Refund Credit Note (RCN) whilst we go through the administrative task of getting the funds back from suppliers, unless you choose to amend your booking to a different date.

Whilst waiting for the suppliers and airlines to complete their refunds we have been in contact with the lead passenger on this booking throughout the process.

Despite the delays with the airline providing the credit to us we are pleased to note that this particular refund has now been processed in full and the customer is in receipt this.

We would like to thank all customers for their continued patience during these difficult & challenging times.

Only just booked but the service so far…

Only just booked but the service so far has been faultless. It feels honest, and it has been an informative and helpful service. At this stage, I would recommend highly.
I will update review at a later date once we have travelled.
