Leather tearing apart in B721

Brought a pair of B721 less than a year ago and wear them less than 10 times for sure. The leather is tearing apart where the sneakers naturally folds (right beside the mtp joint). This is outrageous for a 120€ sneakers… never again.

Followed washing instructions and jumper shrunk! Would not refund!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!
I brought a lambs wall jumper for my husband. I washed at the 30c which was printed on the label and the jumper shrunk.
Contacted Customers Services who asked me to pay postage and send the jumper back to them for investigation, which I did. I knew I had followed the instructions so was confident!
After 10 days, they have just sent the jumper back along with an email saying it had been washed at a higher setting, which is completely untrue. I followed the instructions!
Disgusting and completely untrue!
I have brought many things from FP before - will not be using it again.
Poor quality and shocking customer service. Crooks!

Shrunk shirt, no apology, no refund

I bought a polo shirt for £120. A real treat for myself, i'd never normally spend this. After a couple of wears I washed and reshaped it according to instructions. It shrunk. I contacted the company. They offered no apology and despite me stating I followed the instructions did not offer me a refund or exchange. If you want a £60-per-wear shirt buy Fred Perry. If not, don't. Poor quality product. Worse customer service.

Hope you don’t have to return anything

Wish I had read reviews. Got my package delivered ok from Evri. Items don’t look like pics online.
Need to return the package. Paperwork gives you a free return label via Yodel ( heart sinks).
Go to Yodel drop off shop and return label scans as invalid.
I’d also forgotten how difficult FP make it to actually speak to anyone in customer service.
Never again.

Been waiting for two weeks now and…

Been waiting for two weeks now and still no answer as to when they will even send my goods. I'm trying to cancel my order with them and credit card company. Shocking service wish I had read reviews first. Somebody needs sacking running this outfit.

Went into the Fred Perry shop in the…

Went into the Fred Perry shop in the outlet centre in Cannock today the guy that served us was absolutely fantastic couldn’t do enough to help without being the overpowering salesman. Would definitely shop there again.
The only thing that let the shop itself down was that there was only 1 paypoint which I would imagine at busy times would be horrendous for customers and the staff

I ordered a fredperry bag. Two times this was sent wrong from China, I got a fake LV woman scarf instead, I did not get the money back but offered a discount and was asked to send the scarf back at my own cost.

Faulty Product - Terribly made

I live in Toronto, Canada but was recently visiting the UK.

While there we there we purchased several items of Fred Perry clothing, including a dress for 130 pounds (approximately $220 Canadian dollars).

On first wearing, the entire left sleeve LITERALLY FELL OFF of the dress.

We did not buy the products from Fred Perry directly, but rather a retailer.

Given I was back in Canada, and it would cost me an additional $40 or more to send the dress back and forth to the retailer, I thought I would contact Fred Perry directly since it was their faulty product in the first place.

They would not budge, and kept pointing to their return policy, that I must return to the retailer. I clearly understand their return policy, but given we are talking about a faulty item, thought they should make an exception.

In the end, I ended up taking the dress, that again, was worn once, to a seamstress, rather than return it. The seamstress ended up having to blanket stitch the OTHER arm as well, and the side seam of the dress. She said the entire item was badly made and about to fall apart. Not cool for any item of clothing, let alone one at that price point.

Poor customer service

I tried to purchase a shirt from their website in early March. I never received an order confirmation but noticed that they charged my credit card for the order. A week later I contacted them inquiring about the order. They had no record of it. After going back and forth with them they essentially did nothing to correct the problem. At that point the solution would have been crediting my credit card for an order they knew nothing about or fulfilling the original order. They did neither. I finally had to set up a transaction dispute with the credit card company to have the charge removed. I have been a customer for years. Too bad I will have to move on. Really inept customer service.

Do not waste your time to shop on their…

Do not waste your time to shop on their website. The first reason , although the items you will receive are most likely out of stock, you will even receive shipping information. While you are waiting for your items, you will wake up the next day with the cancellation e-mail of your order. The second reason, let's say the item/s are in stock by chance. With express delivery, you will wait for it to reach you as soon as possible, your order will be dispatched to you with a regular parcel, although you pay the difference in price. The third and last reason is to ask customer service about this situation. Along with an apology email you will be told that the shipping fee will be refunded. Days will pass, but you will not get a refund in any way. I shopped twice; I've had problems with both. NEVER AGAIN.

After Evri telling me they had my delivey but there was a problem with it , 7 days later Evri delivered an empty parcel/bag . Even the courier commented it feels like there's nothing in it , contacted fred perry...nothing . No response at all . Will never recommend or buy again
