Richard and Suzanne provided excellent assistance in helping me through obtaining a mortgage for my first time purchase, keeping me up to speed with every development and walking me through every step of the process and being very clear of what I needed to do on my end and extremely efficient on their end. Even the vendor of the property remarked at the efficiency of Richard and Suzanne. A top quality service for a business which charges the customer nothing!

Me and my husband are super pleased with Richard and Suzanne. In 3 words, they are - Responsible, Reliable and Personable. I was put in touch with Richard to do affordability check by a developer. I didn't buy house with that developer, but I remained in touch with Richard for general suggestions on house mortgages. I just found him very genuine and approachable; he gave me advices even though I was still not their client officially. When we found the right house, we went ahead with Richard as our mortgage advisor. Richard patiently addresses all questions. Suzanne is also very professional, she follows up with all the right parties in order to ensure things are progressed. I was so disappointed with my developer for lack of timely progress due to which my mortgage was stuck at some point, but Suzanne made sure to follow up and chase for progress.
