I ordered 2 sets of top & shorts and I paid for next day delivery ready for my fiancé’s birthday. I didn’t have an email for a week to say it had even been dispatched... I was gutted having to explain why I hadn’t gotten him what he’d hinted at for so long!
When I called they just said they had a back log of orders and there was nothing they could do? Was really rude and didn’t help the situation at all. Wont be buying from them again

Hi Lauren,
We're terribly sorry to hear that your items hadn't arrived on time. I can see from our notes that at the time we had escalated the issue with the courier company. We have since bolstered the delivery process further so that this doesn't happen again.
We take any feedback on board, especially any negative feedback. We hope this hasn't put you off buying from us again :)

Weeks on. No item. Delivery agents are to blame. But a replacement should have just been offered. So can't comment on the goods. As still haven't got them.
