Sideboard delivered today to match table we got a few months ago.

Overall - really happy with the overall experience from initial chats about requirements to delivery today.

Minor niggles
- originally quoted delivery date slipped quite a bit. No problem for us but could have been….
- confused by receiving on email 2 days before the arranged delivery date saying delivery would be delayed a few days, then received a message on our originally expected delivery date saying it would be delivered (so no further delay). Again not a problem as it happened but we could have made other arrangements. Need to sort this Furniture Village.

Generally very good service, but the returning customer service did not work for my wife, needing me to be registered as a new customer to allow us to make the purchase. Also there was a hassle with the payment system needing a change of credit card to allow us to pay!

Ty and Leigh were so professional and helpful, sofa was taken around the back of house and put together and put into place. They took their shoes off and put a mat down so not to make any mess, so pleased with the service and our new sofa would definitely recommend

Kris and sancho were very impressive with their knowledge and skill. Very lovely to welcome two workers in out the sofa together. Very diligent with ensuring that all was okay with my sofa and delivery. Offered genuine conversation. Thanks guys!

Good selection of products, we took the interest-free option to pay over 20 months, very nice. We could choose a delivery day and knew the time slot the evening before. Our delivery team, Paul and Tomas were excellent in lifting a large heavy mattress around 2 bends in a compact house!

After shopping around for weeks, as soon as we walked into furniture village we knew we’d found the perfect sofa and chair. The quality of the product is far superior to the others that we saw. I have taken 1 star off purely for the length of time from order to delivery that it took, which was quite a long wait. The delivery guys on the day, Reef and Jobie we very knowledgable about the product and we also incredibly careful when delivering.

Really easy to order. Organising the delivery was also easy with the delivery team fitting in with my plans. The delivery guys, John and Rich, were great - respectful of my property, clean and tidy, did a great job of putting the furniture together, and very polite. Overall a great experience using Furniture Village for the first time.

Dain and Jordan were very professional,polite and considerate of our decor and many wall pictures. Removed there shoes on entering. Speedy installation, removing all rubbish.

Nabeel and Ahsan were very polite, respectful and professional. It was a pleasure to have them deliver and install our sofa.

Bradley and Fabion , did a great job professionally installing the 3-seater and 2-seater reclining sofas. They were efficient, careful, and very professional throughout the installation.Thank you Bradley and Fabian .

Delivery was on time quick and efficient. Checked I was happy and that all was working! Even removed all the packing!

Bought a dining set from Furniture Village. Kept up to date throughout the process and it arrived today. Pa and Jo delivered and assembled it and did a fantastic job. Protected our carpet and wore overshoes, expertly assembled it and ensured we were satisfied. Great job!

The men did a quick, clean and efficient job of delivering and setting up our bed. All waste was removed after they'd check I was happy with the product.

Shopping for a sofa can be a bit overwhelming with all the different options you can get. When we came into the store Mike was really helpful and friendly, but not pushy at all. We came back to purchase the sofa the following day and he made sure to explain everything about the purchase clearly, so we didn’t feel rushed and felt confident in what we were spending our money on.
We also got a great price for a sofa in the colour and shape we wanted, thank you Mike :) .
