Savi and Oakley delivered our bed today. Great delivery service. They were friendly and highly professional.

Ordered a Tito Side Table to go with a new suite. Not the cheapest but a very nice item of furniture - solid and looks good. Delivery by Mike and Rhys was friendly and efficient.

I had to contact them with a problem and used the web chat as phone line busy. It was great to get straight through to Ed who dealt with my problem quickly

The furniture itself is amazing, and the sales people are very good at selling you items. However.... after sales customer service is awful. I got told 2 week delivery time for a bench and 2 dining chairs, only after calling 3 times I found out that the delivery date had never been changed from November. On the phone all I got told was it would be delivered in 2 weeks, and that my items are in the warehouse - after insisting (and out right demanding) to know where my items were, they phoned the warehouse, who then called me saying they would be delivered in November. The issue was finally rectified but only after I had to sort it out myself.
All in all, if you haven't heard anything about delivery dates - it's probably because the store has made a mistake, then lied to you about it hoping you'll just leave it alone.

Overall - really happy with the overall experience from initial chats about requirements to delivery today.

Minor niggles
- originally quoted delivery date slipped quite a bit. No problem for us but could have been….
- confused by receiving on email 2 days before the arranged delivery date saying delivery would be delayed a few days, then received a message on our originally expected delivery date saying it would be delivered (so no further delay). Again not a problem as it happened but we could have made other arrangements. Need to sort this Furniture Village.

Generally very good service, but the returning customer service did not work for my wife, needing me to be registered as a new customer to allow us to make the purchase. Also there was a hassle with the payment system needing a change of credit card to allow us to pay!

Ty and Leigh were so professional and helpful, sofa was taken around the back of house and put together and put into place. They took their shoes off and put a mat down so not to make any mess, so pleased with the service and our new sofa would definitely recommend
