Spoke with Keiran regarding a problem with a small flaw on the recently delivered table I purchased. The response from him was professional and he resolved the issue immediately. A new table had been ordered and the process was explained clearly. Excellent service.

Really happy with delivery service from Furniture Village. I was kept informed about my delivery time, and it even arrived slightly earlier then my delivery slot. Martin and Richard delivered our dining room table and 6 chairs. They both showed respect for my property and the items being delivered. They put my table together very carefully so no damage was caused and took all the packaging away with them. Really happy with the service and Martin and Richard were both friendly and helpful.
