Cliff and Gaz were very professional and polite and the extra great touch was they assembled our chairs in their van before bringing them into the house because they didn’t want to get polystyrene everywhere. I’ve never known a company to do that. Brilliant

We recently received our sofa bed which is fantastic quality.

The delivery team (Lorus) deserve a big thank you. We have a tricky driveway, and the sofa bed weighed a lot. However, they managed to navigate both problems without an issue. Unfortunately I'd didn't get their individual names, but both were also very friendly and professional.

Purchased our new mattress from Cribbs Causeway and from start to finish excellent service from in store from Shirley and Charlie and such a smooth stress free delivery from Kyle and Freddy. Kyle and Freddy took care of everything delivering the mattress putting it where it needed to be and removing all packaging and taking such care with everything, can’t thank them enough.

On the 23rd of August I bought 2 pillows and a mattress. The delivery was arranged for Saturday the 12th of September. Only the pillows were loaded on the van.
So I phoned on Monday and explained they'd messed up, they were very apologetic and we arranged delivery for today, Wednesday 16th September, though I reiterated several times the delivery must be after 1pm as I work mornings. The employee on the phone assured me that it would, definitely, without fail, be delivered after 1pm.
Just received a text saying my delivery is scheduled for between 10am and 1pm. Of course, it's impossible to speak to anyone... The call centre doesn't even open until 10, plus my job doesn't allow making calls.

Update - I finally managed to speak to Robbie in customer services. He claimed that furniture village did not offer time slots. He thought that repeating "That's fine, but" was in someway helpful, polite or reasonable service, totally unwilling to listen or help. When I asked why he'd been lied to he threatened to terminate the call, very clearly uninterested in actually helping.

Apparently I'm the last delivery of the day, even though they'd be there well before 1pm(I'm not surprised they're not busy with this level of disinterest and incompetence), I had to suggest the idea that the drivers wait for me as they'd nothing else to do anyway. Though I'll be very surprised if they do

I was sofa shopping in store in Gillingham and served by Darhys, who couldn’t do enough to ensure I had the right sofa. Shopping with a newborn was made easy and relaxed here, unlike another large sofa shop. Nothing was too much and I have left a very happy customer, thank you

Right from the start when visiting the shop in Hove and placing the order with James Head we found the staff helpful and accommodating.
We received our order confirmation and arranged a mutual agreed delivery date.
When the two guys John and Rich delivered our table & chairs on the day they were polite, helpful and spent time carefully ensuring everything was carried out correctly for us. The only slight comment i would make and the reason i did not give 5 stars to the whole process was that there was no after care cleaning and operating instructions left for us.Otherwise it was a flawless experience and we will return to Furniture Village.

We had a great experience the sales representative Aaron was very knowledgeable and helped us decide choosing the correct options for our property. I have dealt with the Cambridge branch before and would recommend them highly to anybody who wants to experience a great service and great after-care.

Found a lovely sofa in clearance. The sales team provided exceptional service. Managed to get 10 per cent of clearance price, next day delivery and old sofa taken away. Made my mum very happy.

Gabriel was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. He assisted me in making the best unhurried choice for my needs. He was never pushy, but just offered sound and practical advice, which I appreciated. I would recommend him, and Furniture Village, and will be returning soon.

Our bed was delivered and the headboard did not have any screws so was unable to be fitted.
Customer care team phoned the day later and said they would send screws out but could take over a week; however, it would appear they didn't know which screws were missing so are sending out the incorrect ones.
Emailed the care team back and tried to phone but to date noone has contacted me.

Very poor service.

We had a bed delivered by Mark and Jordan last Thursday. What an absolute amazing pair of guys. Did a really good job. Thought of everything. Installation was spot on with a demonstration. Really friendly guys. Clean and tidy too

We had a very good experience with furniture village from buying to delivery, Mr Reilly was brilliant in helping to decide and going through the whole process.All the staff who came and built the furniture were very friendly and knowledgeable and built our furniture with care. I will be doing my furniture shopping from village furniture in future.
