The showroom is welcoming and the furniture is displayed by room. I was purchasing a mattress which was greatly reduced but still received great customer service without any over powering sales pitch.

We originally bought a rug from Haylee and were so happy with the experience that when we decided we needed another one, we went straight back to her.

One of the things we really appreciated was being able to actually see and feel the rugs in person before buying. It made such a difference being able to look at the quality properly rather than just ordering online and hoping for the best.

Haylee was incredibly knowledgeable and really helped us understand what to look for in a rug that would actually stand up to everyday family life and last, rather than simply choosing something because it looked nice. She listened to what we needed, answered all our questions and gave us honest advice without ever being pushy.

We’re really pleased with the rugs we’ve chosen and once again Haylee made the whole experience so easy. Her knowledge and genuine customer service really stand out. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back to her again!

Haylee was brilliant from start to finish. She was really knowledgeable but, more importantly, she actually listened to what we wanted and what would work for us. She didn’t try to push us towards something just because it was more expensive or what she thought we should have. She understood what we were looking for, made helpful suggestions and patiently answered all of our questions.

We’re so pleased with the table and sideboard we chose, they look perfect in our new home. The delivery was really quick too, which was fantastic.

It’s honestly so refreshing to have such a genuinely helpful and personal experience when making a big purchase. Haylee is a credit to Furniture Village, and we’d definitely recommend them and shop there again!

The sales guy Affy was really good very courteous and friendly not pushy at all gave us good advice, but I still think all the stuff is very pricey, but with all that said we still ordered a new bed ,mattress and pillows and a mattress cover.

We didn’t feel pressured as sometimes furniture salesmen can be a bit pushy. But we looked around at our leisure and picked a suite we liked but had to come back the next day. A very helpful salesman James answered all our questions and when we asked for him the next day, he helped even with our questions and we have very happily bought the furniture that we liked

This was a brilliant experience nice and easy no hassle came and ordered a sofa and dressing table we was served by kuly was really good customer service.

Delivery service was excellent. They arrived on time, very pleasant and introduced themselves. They explained everything thoroughly. They unpacked my order and placed in the correct room. They covered the flooring before entering my home
