Cannot recommend highly enough. From our initial tentative call not knowing what we wanted, Charlie patiently guided us through what was available, suitable for our needs etc., and the ordering and delivery process were seamless. We have now taken delivery of our beautiful garden set and could not be happier. From start to finish this was a pleasant experience, enhanced by Charlies expertise and very pleasant manner, and excellent customer service attitude.

In this day and age it is so nice to receive such wonderful customer service. I spoke with Charlie the owner who was extremely helpful. I wanted to order an item that was available for sometime during the Scottish Summer...... that means in the coming month. Charlie kindly offered items that were in stock and available in line with my initial request. I’m looking forward to receiving the items in just over two weeks time to enjoy any good weather we get.

Recently bought a table and chair set from gardenfurniture4u. Despite all the current restrictions the buying process was made easy for us with Charlie being especially helpful. The furniture arrived when we were told it would, and although there were a couple of small issues (delivery company not seller), one phone call back to the office saw these rectified with no problems. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

We bought an Alexander Rose Roble Swing seat 4 years ago. Great service at the time. The seat is extremely comfortable and with a little bit of work (cleaning and re-sealing) at the start of this year, it looks like new. We have just gone back to purchase an AR Companion set. Charlie, who we dealt with 4 years ago, is still there and was very helpful again.

Friendly, professional, efficient and affordable. Dealing with Charlie at GF4U was a pleasure. Garden table and chairs good quality and the free weather protective cover was also very good quality. My only gripe was courier that delivered furniture only gave us 30 minutes notice that he was in the area. Fortunately/unfortunately due to Covid there was someone home to take the delivery. That issue was out-with GF4U’s control hence the 5 star rating.

Had a great experience in purchasing my "Amazon" Garden Furniture from Charlie. It did take a little longer than expected due to COVID-19 but when furniture arrived I was more than delighted with it. Great service Charlie and was always happy with phone calls and emails which were acted upon immediately. Delivery was by courier and van driver was very polite.

Had been let down by Wayfair, contacted Charlie asking for a Table and 12 chairs within a week, He ordered and arranged delivery, tracked the order and managed the minor issue of a faulty leg (manufacturer issue) with total professionalism. The product from Alexander Rose was very well made, required minimal assembly and looks like it will last many years.
