Prompt delivery, product as expected - good service as always

Gate motors send out so many parcels that they have elected not to send texts saying when their chosen courier company will deliver. Therefore, paid for next day delivery; didn’t know that package was coming; missed the courier company; and goods didn’t arrive for a further 4 days. Courier company lost the package which didn’t help.
Gate motors were dismissive when I rang to say that this customer service wasn’t good enough.
Not a company I would choose to use again.

Very pleased with the service provided and the quality of the equipment supplied. It has not been powered up yet as we are awaiting an electrical supply at the bottom of the drive, but we don't anticipate any difficulties.

There was only one problem and that was the bracket for the gate post needed welding together and we did not have a welder on site. I presume it was supplied in two parts so that a metal gate post could be fixed to. However when a wooden gate post is used the two parts need welding together and there was no prior warning of this.

Other than that small matter, everything was well described and straight forward. Congratulations!

We bought a gate closer for our driveway gate (retirement project) at our home and employed an experienced fitter. As we bought the equipment ourselves we had several queries. The sales office was extremely helpful, patient and very knowledgable. We enjoyed dealing with them.
