Monitor and stand well packed with lots of bubble wrap. Did not work when plugged in - had to change the fuse on kettle lead but now doing its job well thank you.

x3 monitors ordered - x2 work fine, 3rd has large brown 'stain' across the screen - too much of a distraction to actually use the item, clearly their QC is inadequate of they don't care ... won't be a return customer for this organisation no matter the ethical intent

Very poor. prouct will not boot to OS and case is coming apart at the bottom.

Request for info on returns / refund procedure not answered.

A good range of products and reasonable prices.
I picked up my purchase from their premises and the staff member intimated 'any problems, do not hesitate to come back' which instilled confidence in their after sales service. However my product was in very good condition albeit described as a grade 'B' and very satisfied.
No hesitation in recommending Gigarefurb.

I found the selection process very easy and took advantage of one of the ugrades offered. The delivery was prompt and the laptop arrived in the condition that I expected and is working well

Although the service was quick and efficient. The iphone I received firstly kept losing network and then the speaker didn’t work, all within a week. Not great

DPD falsely claimed a delivery attempt was made which was a complete lie

Jokers , especially the guy who is always itching himself though his jeans pocket disgusting !
Screen they sent didn’t work !
So be aware they don’t check that all components you buy are working!

I brought a Grade 1 laptop at the beginning of Sept 2022 but when it arrived it was clearly not Grade 1 quality. A number of keys on the keyboard were very worn, and the battery only lasted about 15 minutes after full charge. It was clearly a much used laptop, not a nearly new one, as advertised.
I returned the laptop and GIGAREFURB agreed the laptop was not the quality stated and they would return my money, but it is now over 4 months later and they have still not repaid the full amount.
It took over a month of repeatedly contacting them for them to pay some of the money. When I questioned why only some of the money was repaid, they apologised; said it was a mistake and the remaining balance would be paid immediately but it is now mid-January 2023 and they have still not repaid the money.
I have emailed, and I have spoken a number of times to GIGAREFURB customer services, and each time they apologise and say they will chase the payment up. The first few times this happened and the money was not repaid I accepted in good faith that they may be busy, but it has gone on so long now and happened so many times that it is clear they are stringing me along and have no intention of returning my money.
I would strongly advise anyone to not pay GIGAREFURB any money as you probably won’t see it again in the event of having to make a return.

The HP elite which I recently bought does not show up my home WiFi and therefore has never connected to it. I have contacted Gigarefurb over this matter but they've simply kept mute. Now, I'm afraid there may be other hidden issues with the laptop and the refurbishment process could be a hogwash!

Bought this Dell for a friend, as I have had a good experience on the past with Gigarefurb and they did not disappoint this time. Delivered next time, nicely packaged. Laptop was in great condition considering price paid. All worked well and friend was happy as I am as I was the one to recommend.

I have purchased used IT equipment before from Gigarefurb and have been 100% satisfied. This time I was slightly disappointed, although the laptop I bought is exactly as describe, including the A1 excellent condition, and everything functions well. The disappointing bit was (1) the delivery was delayed (it's near Christmas, I understand the couriers are busy...) and the communication around the delay was a bit too slow. (2) The packaging was disappointing: The laptop was safe, but the box was held together with a single piece of tape - and that had snapped when it arrived. It could easily just have tipped out. Apart for these two things, everything is excellent as usual!
