Good taxi driver and quick service, but I wasn’t quoted over the phone, and after booking found out it would be £19 for an 8 minute journey. The same journey cost £13 in a station taxi the day before.

This company should be avoided at all costs . Attended an event booked their executive service . They were so late we were the last guests to be collected . So only book them if you enjoy being humiliated!

Had great service on Saturday, picked up from Ardington house back to Abingdon. Marty was a great driver, punctually on time, was extremely pleasant, put up with our drunkness and even took us to McDonald’s! Would definitely use again

Javid arrived promptly and couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. As requested he arrived in a mini bus so there was plenty of room for a bed that I had bought. Helped load and unload plus price was lower than original phone quote of £20. Top man.

Got a quote on the go green app last night at 9pm for a 6.5 mile journey home. It came out at £41!
No way was I paying that for a 13 minute journey alone.
So I wandered over to the local taxi rank where another firm had a driver waiting. It was a metered drive, and came to £21.06.
Go green are genuinely charging double what other firms charge. Avoid and use another local firm.

Very unimpressed! Stayed at the Premier Inn, Didcot Saturday and needed to book a taxi to go to a party in North Moreton. The receptionist said Go Green Taxis were cheaper and I could book online. I did this and used ‘use this location ‘ (where I was) and stated where I wanted to go. I got a quote for £21.60. The driver rang to say he was there but when I said we were at the premier inn the driver said he was at the train station. He said he would be a further 3/4 mins and that was fine. The driver arrived and we got in, however he then said the price had changed and it was now £40.20!!! We argued and he said it was a further 3 miles, but £20 for a further 3 miles is astronomical. I can’t fault the driver but the office person was very rude and just said ‘the computer said’. He offered no other explanation.

In the end we had to pay it. But considering we had travelled up from London this was unbelievable. I thought you got ripped off in London but this takes the biscuit!! I would stay away from this company as they are just making up prices.

I have very positive experience. ( route Abingdon-Gloster Green ) My driver Adrian arrived in time , he was very helpful and professional. 5*

Greenwashing with impunity? The fabulous driver couldn’t have been more professional, courteous, friendly and so thoughtful. But for 2.9 miles £23? Seriously? The office staff were unable to explain the pricing policy and repeatedly but politely stated “the computer sets the price” which painfully clashes with their slogan “doesn’t cost the earth” ….

Got charged £30 for a ten minute taxi ride from a bus stop near Oxford City Centre to a Park and Ride carpark. The only good thing was that the taxi arrived fairly promptly.

Mis, the driver, was really polite and pleasant, the first taxi driver I've been able to chat to so much that I've forgotten I'm even in a taxi! Great service

Got charged £38 for a 10 minute taxi journey. I used another company for the same journey the day before and they charged me £16. Money grabbing company. Avoid this company like the plague- they will rip you off!!

We ordered a taxi via a restaurant back to our hotel on a Wednesday evening at 10pm, which was exactly an 11 minute (5 mile) drive away. Upon arriving we were asked to pay £36!! I asked the driver (who was to his credit very pleasant) to check if that was correct and he suggested we call the dispatcher. I spoke to a very blunt and honestly rude lady who pretty much told me it is what it is but ‘kindly’?! Reduced the price by £4. Left a really sour taste in the mouth after what was previously a lovely evening out for our anniversary. We used Say Taxi on the way there and it was just over £10. Please an avoid this company.

I requested (in writing) a quote for a round trip from Oxford to Gloucestershire and was told nearly £130. When I arrived at my destination in Gloucestershire, the driver asked for the money and was going to leave me there! I ended up paying another £128 PLUS waiting time at 60p per minute. Given I'd gone to say a last goodbye to my dying mother this was extremely stressful and added to my distress at the occasion.

Good service and Matthew, our driver, was excellent, very able and friendly. Would have been 5 stars but the office promised 5 minutes wait and it was more like 15.

Call centre staff were very helpful when I booked two cars to take me and 5 friends from Abingdon to Heathrow, they explained how the fare works. The drivers were very smart and courteous and helped with our luggage. We all felt we were in good hands all the way.

The job is driving therefore they should know how to get to places on time. Just had Go green for the first time this week. Every pick up late and one time forgot altogether. I can understand just once there maybe traffic or breakdowns but late everytime means they just don't care enough.

I was extremely disappointed by Go greens service. I booked a taxi this morning but it arrived 15 minutes late and I was overpriced . My journey was 10 minutes but I was charged £23.10 ! Lastly , the driver would not accept less payment even though he was late. Do not book taxis with these guys !

I use go green taxis in Didcot not because it is the best but because it is what we have in town as offer.

During week 49 last year, I took taxis everyday almost, in one of the trios I left my reading glasses on the seat. As sooner the driver left me, I saw I did not have the glasses, so I called GoGreen, spoke with a Lady, she told me she would call the driver to check. After few minutes she called me back telling the driver had the glasses, he would leave at the office and that I would need to collect the glasses from their offices. Since then, I have been trying to collect my glasses with no success. Always informed different reasons.

Today again when calling, i spoke with 2 ladies who showed no respect. Saying they are not responsible for my glasses!!! The one who told me she is the call center manager today, was really rude! Unbelievable. I felt really disrespected and that there is no human values in this company. Another incident an year ago, i was left with no driver 5 am, i had to jump on my bike, leave a luggage at home to not lose my flight. I wrote an ema to the company, attaching my cctv video of the day. Have I got an answer to it? Still have not. Where is the owner of this company who does to follow up the services offered?

When offering a non-driving related position in the company, they make you do your 2hr morning driving shift anyways, just for the fun of it. Which surely doesn't show their drive towards their employees. It drove me nuts, to be honest.

New Years Eve 2022. Newbury branch. from the booking through to final drop off, the service from Go Green taxis was superb. Such a professional and courteous service. Pick up and drop off on time, vehicles clean, drivers professional and polite. The customer service from the bookings team was exceptional and clear communication throughout. Will certainly use again. Thank you all.
