This site is a scam, pure and simple. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Same story as others report here. Ordered battery, received the wrong one. Unresponsive until escalated to PayPal complaints procedure then effusive apologies and daily emails asking for details, promising they'll send the right one if I return the wrong one, etc., Like a fool, I sent their wrong battery back to them, at my expense. Then of course I heard nothing from them again.

Their site is completely misleading and I ended up with the wrong battery.

Emailed them to initiate a return. Initially ok, asked for photos. No idea why but complied anyway. Then nothing, completely ignored my emails, until I raised the issue through Paypal. Got very chatty then and finally supplied me with a return code. Returned at my expense.

Next wanted to screw me for the initial postage which I wasn't having.

Final offer, keep the battery (which I've already returned) and they'll send me the right one (which I don't want).

Escalated the claim to Paypal and within 24 hours, case closed, full refund. So, top marks to Paypal, Good Batteries, don't even deserve a 1 star rating.

Prompt delivery, had 2 questions about fitting the battery and first charge procedure. Both questions were answered overnight. The battery works just fine. Very good value, I can say no more!!!!

Do not buy, the batteries are really bad quality, I ordered two and they came broken and they did not want to change it, also they took ages to answer me, really poor services, try to avoid it.

Finally, I had to buy the batteries in another shop.

DO NO USE!!! Bought a laptop battery from them and THEY sent the wrong one. Took ages to get them to reply to my emails, but finally told me to post it back to them, with them refunding my postage. After months of emails after not hearing from them, I contacted pay-pal and they sorted out a refund. Except I did not get the £4.99 refunded for me posting the wrong battery back. So I'm £4.99 out of pocket for there mistake.

Bought a laptop battery from this company showing a .co.uk address but beware they are in china. Battery received was not fit for purpose and i tried to have it replaced or refunded. Went thru paypal and was told to send it back for a refund. Postage to send back more than refund say no more. Do not use

Brought new battery which worked for a few weeks before it stopped taking charge. I've had to go though PayPal to get a refund which has now been awarded but return postage will exceed the value of the refund.

I bought the battery from this site, it arrived promptly by carrier, but by error I ordered the wrong voltage, I immediately emailed them on arrival of the battery, I asking for refund with the intention or ordering the correct one, but after 4 emails I have had no response, so have elevated to pay-pal to get a refund and I will send the battery back to them once they respond if ever. I will not deal with them again.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Ordered battery on 29/4, received no confirmation email so 5 days later I emailed them and they replied saying they had emailed order confirmation, nothing in spam junk or inbox so NO they never emailed. Told battery was shipped and be here 3-5 days, that was on 3rd May. Still no battery! ! 3 days later, got an email with broken English saying sorry for delay, battery must be lost and would send another one. Really?! After reading review on here I have now put in a dispute refund with credit card company today. So, my advice is LEAVE THIS COMPANY ALONE. I’m sure they are scammers

Correct model of battery delivered but it would not charge. After exchanging a few emails and sending photos of my original battery and the replacement, they have now issued me with a full refund.

Bought a laptop battery that was the wrong one despite having the MPN needed (false advertising)

Then through my own expense sent this back as instructed with the returns number clearly on the box (RMA). After a week I enquired where my credit was. I was told they didn't have the product back. I had sent it on a courier and it had been signed for. I have written to them twice since. Now not responding to me. Incredibly poor service. No phone number to complain to and they advertise falsely in my opinion. Avoid at all costs. Still owed credit!!!!!!!

Battery arrived on time and fits perfectly. Very good price as well.

Installed supplied battery- selected by make and model number on the website and within 10 minutes of charging the casing started to melt and I had to use oven gloves to remove it .No contact details available and only recourse is through Paypal ( decision pending)
This product for an HP650 laptop replacement part 593553-01 is a fire hazard so avoid at all costs .

Like other comments about Good Batteries, I can only conclude they are scammers, Sent me the wrong battery then told me it was my fault so return it to them. I sent photos of my battery clearly showing shape and model type. So I pay for return postage for wrong battery, and again for its replacement, they get a battery back and don't refund payment? I don't think so.

Hi All,
i place an order with this company , the item arrived in good time , but the incorrect battery was sent . Nothing like the part No i sent for.On complaining i was told to return the item at my own expense because as they said i ordered the wrong item. On telling them to check the order/invoice which stated that i ordered the correct item i have not heard from them.All i require them to do is replace with my correct order and pay for the postage. After many Emails my next route is to claim against them via My Cards bank. Don't Touch this company be warned !!!!

Ordered a h/d battery advertised to fit my Samsung NC10. Vendor said it was UK stock and I received notice that it was shipped from their UK warehouse after 2 days. 2 weeks went by and I found out that the item was really being shipped from china, and also that the battery did not fit my laptop as advertised as the screen would not open due to the battery being to large. Notified vendor and was told to ship the battery back to china and then I would get a refund. I asked them why I couldn't send it to their UK warehouse and received no reply. Best keep clear of this company, polite but not honest. This in spite of their advertising 100% satisfaction on their website.
