Popped into Go Outdoors Grimsby (ex milletts) today to check out some new walking boots, great service and advice from Angela, tried on several boots, eventually settled on a pair of Scarpa Cyrus, however they did not have size 8 in stock so over to Heather who quickly had a pair on order with free delivery to my home, always a pleasure to shop here, we enjoy the friendly staff and always receive good honest advice, thank you girls, great job !!!!!

Return and Replace
Bought a coat from Scunthorpe branch which needed to be changed, saw Grimsby had just opened so decided to take it back there, The Manageress Heather was very helpful and changed my coat over without any problems whatsoever, thank you, very good customer service, will return as I now have a go outdoors card.
