i'll be Back ! Met new Saturday girl Rachel for first time today at Grimsby, always used it as Millets because service was great, like a family, and its still the same.

The Grimsby store has opened recently and I went to look for some new walking shoes. The reception I got was lovely, Heather was professional, warm and welcoming and very helpful. All in all I couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be back.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good products at reasonable prices.

Having purchased a new coat , it is a good coat and colour, the only concern are the double zips as these do not work well for elderly fingers, otherwise a great coat.

Just joined the Ramblers and needed a pair of hiking boots. Received a first rate service from Heather who not only was very helpful but also knew a lot about the products. Great.

The staff are fantastic-they know the product and give sound advice when asked.

I made a few phone calls before my visit to the store in Grimsby, at all times the staff were very helpful & friendly. They dealt with my concerns and the Manager, Heather, was especially polite and helpful.

Went into Go outdoors Grimsby today to look for a rucksack. Heather and Olly were absolutely brilliant. So helpful (and eager to help!) and very knowledgeable regarding what I was looking for. Heather was very happy to help try get me the best deal possible. Both team members were a credit to the store! Thank you both :)

Went into the new Grimsby store in January and was served by Carol, what a lovely, lovely lady she is !! She helped me and husband with our walking boots giving lots of advice and good tips for our first venture into the big outdoors. She took a genuine interest in what we looking for and took away any doubts that we had. We made some great savings again guided by Carol for best value etc. Thanks Carol you’re an angel !!

The two ladies in the store on Saturday afternoon was like lovely very helpful and Carol was extremely helpful with helping trying on the boots we bought a rucksack and walking boots

Change of store but the same excellent staff - friendly, very knowledgeable about the products, and couldn't be more helpful. As a small store it's not possible to stock everything but there's plenty online that can be ordered. I bought some North Ridge Pacer walking shoes that were only available online and I'm really pleased with them - they're just as the staff described them, really comfortable and lightweight. Thanks :-)

Just like to give all the staff at the Grimsby( Freshney Place) store a big thanks especially Ollie for service with a smile. Visited Sunday and came away with all the items of clothing I’d gone in for plus a little extra ! Very helpful as always

Just visited grimsby store to look at walking boots. A lovely lady called Heather greeted us. She was very knowledgeable after chatting about my high instep & plantifititus.
She suggested various options suitable for me.

After trying a couple of boots on, we found a pair in the sale exactly meeting my
requirements. Very comfy so decided to purchase them.

Heather explained to wear around the house for a couple of days with walking socks on, just to check they are comfortable.
I can honestly say that if Heather hadn't helped we would not have purchased today.

Then we saw a dryrobe & purchased that too.

Spoke to Rach in the Grimsby branch, service was excellent, guided me to the best products, apps for my mobile phone and also how to get the best discounts for my purchases.

The lady who advised me on some new walking shoes was knowledgeable, new her stock & was generally very helpful & pleasant
