GO Outdoors - Grimsby (Express) Reviews 

I went into The Grimsby Store to exchange a product, buy products and order a product for a home delivery.
The Service is very good and my home delivery was quick.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. As I am a member now I got a good discount.

We have used Grimsby Go Outdoors for many years and the customer service has never failed to impress. Ordered some walking shoes this time. Didn’t have my size in stock so ordered for me, renewed my Go Outdoors membership to ensure I got the membership discount and when the order arrived in store, made sure the I was fully happy with the size and fit before I took them home. Heather and Carol were as professional and courteous as ever. Thank you.

Faye at the Grimsby store was really helpful and friendly, asked lots of questions then gave my husband good advice. Faye also made the experience fun! We bought a members card as well today on her suggestion and will be back soon to use the £5 voucher - the store was well laid out which made things easy to locate.

After calling in at Scunthorpe to buy a coat that was advertised but they didn't have it, they told me Grimsby now had an Express opened in Grimsby. I visited Grimsby shop they didn't have the coat but the friendly staff ordered for me and lmhave now collected it.

The ladies in this store helped us today. They were knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. They spoke to my children and were genuinely interested in their upcoming scout and guides camp. Heather the manager was great and helped us secure the best offers. We will definitely be back.

Hi I brought several pairs of ski gloves the other day Fay and Carol were very helpfull also I ordered 2 balaclavas with Heather the manager which came today service was excellent and would recommend it makes a Pleasant change to find good customer service would recommend the store.

Went to look for a coat. Saw one i liked but my size was not on the rail. The assistant that served me went out the back and came back with one. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Went in to buy a sleeping bag but not sure exactly what we wanted. Served by Angela who went through all options and explained what would be the best option for us. She was very informative and professional.

Popped into Go Outdoors Grimsby (ex milletts) today to check out some new walking boots, great service and advice from Angela, tried on several boots, eventually settled on a pair of Scarpa Cyrus, however they did not have size 8 in stock so over to Heather who quickly had a pair on order with free delivery to my home, always a pleasure to shop here, we enjoy the friendly staff and always receive good honest advice, thank you girls, great job !!!!!
