Went into the store today for a new jacket.
Went into the store today for a new waterproof jacket. The assistant Ruby was very polite and attentive, asking if we needed any assistance. Pleasant experience for sure.

Friendly and helpful staff
We came in to get some last minute camping bits. We were helped by Jo and another young lady. We found them super helpful, nothing was to much trouble and they were super friendly. Will definitely be coming back to get our outdoor equipment!

Two young ladies in the shop when I visited, both were very friendly and helpful.
I knew exactly what I wanted, having searched on their website and was served by Jo. she explained all about the membership scheme and once I had joined I got a 20% discount. PERFECT!

Found what I was looking for but abit…
Found what I was looking for but abit disappointed that there was no fishing gear in the Newton abbot store or the Torquay store have to travel to Exeter for any fishing gear which is a 20 mile round trip I think your missing a trick here
