Jo and Abbi were so friendly, cheerful and helpful it made shopping here a positive experience. They asked if I needed any help, which I did, and then helped me select what I needed for my granddaughters camping trip, answering all the questions I had. They even gave me some practical tips for the trip. I was going to go to the big store in Torquay but thought I would give my local (express) store a try and I wasn’t disappointed. If only all of my shopping experiences were like that. It will be my first port of call in the future.

Isla and Ruby were very helpful and polite, purchased a waterproof coat, very pleased with the coat and the service, Many thanks..

Fantastic service in store yesterday. Acknowledged me professionally when I arrived, gave me time to browse, explained how membership works and was generally very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Just dropped in to get a Lake District map, staff very helpfull in directing me to the OS stand upstairs that had most UK maps, great to know.

I needed an item from upstairs, but due to having a pushchair and baby with me, I couldn't easily get up there. Jo was very helpful and offered to grab what I needed from upstairs, her assistance and expertise really made a positive difference!

I picked up these Peter Storm Men's Filey Mid Walking Boots today
The store staff ordered them as a click and collect to be picked up in the Newton Abbot branch as they didn’t have my size when I visited. Ordered on Tuesday and picked up on Friday afternoon DHL order tracking and delivery notification that they were in store for collection.

Amazing service from Tom, Jo and Islay(?) today at the Newton Abbot store. Really helpful and extremely welcoming. They are a credit to the company.

I had a problem with boots purchased nine month ago from Millits. Abbi bent over backwards to help resolve the issue and just replaced them without a question about use etc. She is so knowledgable about the products and helped me choose a new pair and talked me through some trainers I shall purchase soon. Great staff, great shop.

Bumped into a member of staff outside called Abby, explained how my daughter's shoes for outdoor school had broken and we desperately had to get a new pair before her taxi arrived at 9am. Abby took down her shoe size and our budget and got us a pair ready on the till for bang on opening time and my daughter got to wear her new shoes straight away! What a legend 🤟
