I was very pleasantly surprised at the Sale in your store in Warrington Golden Square after choosing a new rain jacket. When I got to the till the discount was amazing, after agreeing to pick up a store card for 12 months for £5 the price was £40 cheaper than the sale price !!!!
I will definitely keep my eyes open for more deals.

I Don't shop at go outdoors much but when I do the staff are always easy to find and go out of there way to help as much as they can .if i don't need help, l enjoy just going in and getting what I need but I know they are there when I do need them .

Good sale price on the shorts I bought
Good sale price on the shorts I bought. Pity there was only one till as I had to wait behind a really slow customer. Also one of the staff was moaning about now being part of JD sports which seemed unprofessional.

Fantastic experience today in the store, staff were knowledgeable and couldn’t be anymore helpful, didn’t stock the boots I wanted to try but had a different style by the same brand so sorted my size with those and ordered the style I wanted delivered to my home

Above and beyond.
After a horrible experience at go outdoors Wigan Phil at the Warrington branch went way over and beyond the expectations I had.
I went in with a seized hub motor on my month old kaliber kinetic e-bike. After a nightmare with Wigan I ended up at Warrington, Phil sorted it so that a return of the defective bike was made and a replacement bike be purchased, spending over an hour working through the limited options to get me back on the move with what limited resources he had to hand.
