First class service with a smile at…
First class service with a smile at Warrington Express. They didn't have an item in my size but they was able to order it in store for home delivery. The other larger store in Warrington could learn alot from the staff here. Just left 5 staff talking at tills, reluctant to ring other store for stock. Did not offer to order my size in when queried or check if available online. Advised cannot check stock. Went to smaller Warrington store who ordered what I wanted. Excellent Service.

Had some great in depth advice about after care of my waterproof/down items. Didn’t feel rushed or obligated. Sidenote: as an express shop I’d like to see a bit of everything on the shelves, at the moment it looks like a Peter Storm outlet.
