Terrible customer service, ordered my son a birthday gift (ride one) night before his bday we opened box and wanted to put it together, we then noticed broken pieces of plastic and then discovered parts of the ride on where battery is is also cracked. This must have been damaged during transport/ delivery. Box is all good, no damages except for a slice in box. My son woke up to no presents. Emailed helpdesk with photos and got a response to please send photos through and can they give my email to the supplier. I can see this is going to take months before it gets sorted. I don’t want a refund, I want what I paid for!

Salon mucked me around by not showing up for my appointment and to this day I have not had a response or contact from them (5 days later)
I contacted GrabOne to resolve. Emma from GrabOne delt with my issue and the matter was resolved super quick by way of refund. Very thankful! 😊

Poor customer service never received my product

I recommend to everyone to not buy anything on grabone they are big scammer dont buy anything here you will cry, and they so smart eating people is money not cool at all

No contact for over a month finally get ahold of them and they say the item wasn’t delivered and gave me a partial refund just for the product and kept my money that I paid for the shipping! Have emailed back and forth, but they put all the blame on tsb living and Nz post. Absolutely useless service!!

Customer service is appalling! I will never buy anything from this website. I ordered for 8-pack solar lights but was only delivered 1 miserable solar light. After 10 emails, they are saying the same thing, forwarding the tracking number, how come their reps don't understand that I received the solar light but I only receive one instead of 8? They never processed a refund- they are condoning fraudulent acts of their sellers!

This company in Auckland appears to have now gone belly up. Wouldn’t answer emails nor refund money. Directors to be referred to the police for taking money under false pretences.

This company is a joke. I ordered a product and it arrived with parts missing. I contact the "helpdesk" and they tell me to contact their supplier and sort it out myself!! What a joke if my icecream is off from the store they don't tell me to go to the Tiptop factory for a refund! This company is not to be trusted which is unfortunate seemings they are a kiwi company.

Grabeone will charge you 15 per Month without letting you know and you can do nothing to cancel it. Only way to cancel it is to cancel your visa card. All the email and phone number they provide is fake. Remener check your visa card monthly if you want to use grab one

Happy i read the reviews before going ahead and purchasing a hotel deal on there website i will be avoiding this website.

Ordered item was told it would take 10 days for delivery, the item never turned up, On enquiring with customer service which is only online no phone number to speak with a real person was told the item was out of stock. Then proceeded to take two weeks to process the refund will never use this site again. Found a similar item on another platform it arrived in two days and it was cheaper

If I could give GrabOne a score of -5 I would.
I purchased a surfboard from 151D Marua Road, Auckalnd.
After 10 min of use the fin fell out
I went back to the shop which is closed.
This company have no staff to assist , no phone number.
I emailed GrabOne which are of no use to me.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!

I think they look like they have good deals maybe a meal or holiday(not sure have not tried yet) but be careful when buying stuff like, I got the new 100%Mluberry pillow ,I didnt click they werent Blissy ones not till later after paid. But anyway I paid $108 for 4 a deal of course but they came in wish type bags & only silk on 1 side not made well, no brand so dont know who made them..no wonder they say no returns. They not whats advertised. Plus I nagged for my order they should offer postage so you dont have to wait so long if you choose to pay for it.

They use to be good but now I would not recommend as they don't research the bussiness they represent. I spend 50 on an auto oil change to find out the business was sold. My son spent 150 on auto to find out the business was no longer going and grab one has no phone contact and does not reply to email.. Buyer beware!

I use grabone a lot but lately got their app. It had a glitch which meant my payment looked like it hadn't gone through, so I tried again and it worked. Turns out the first payment also got processed but I only found out through checking my emails.
Grabone are not guaranteeing a refund, but will consider grabone credit.
It's a $73 purchase so not massive but not insignificant. Will see how this resolves.

No answers to my email about faulty items. Very frustrating.

Ordered a paddle to be delivered by 21 Feb.still no sign.They say there is refund guarantee but will not respond to emails.Next stop consumer then commerce commission
