Fantastic Customer Service

I recently bought a product from Grabone, but I wasn't happy with it. There wasn't a fault with it, just not what I expected. I contacted the helpdesk and Jennifer got back to me very promptly and supported me throughout the return process. My product was picked up (at no extra cost to me), returned and I was reimbursed. I was very impressed with the whole experience and will continue to buy from Grabone..

Terrible Customer Service

I purchased an air-fryer from Grab-one last May, which I didn't start using until approximately July, and which after not alot of use just stopped working, I have written repeatedly to grab one to resolve this, and I am getting no where with them. I spent twenty minutes on hold on Tuesday 13th January & I failed to get through to anyone, however I repeatedly heard a recorded message saying that the fastest way to get a response was to email the help desk! I beg to differ. I'm emailing with weeks & have never been so disappointed by a companies lack of customer care in all my years of dealing with internet offers & I will be closing off from all offers from that company. I am writing about this faulty air fryer purchase since the 12th December last, and I seem to be getting absolutely nowhere??) I was told in an email on 17th Dec that I'd have an answer in 24 hours, I again emailed three days later on the 20th December to be replied to and told again I would have an answer in 24 hours. I emailed again on the 22nd December, and again on the 30th December, and I then recieved an email on the 2nd January asking me what was wrong with the faulty airfryer, I replied on the 3rd January and was told on the 6th of January that I would have a reply the following day, which I did not, I emailed again on Friday 9th January, and another week has gone by, without a reply or a resolve to this issue? I have sent numerous emails to Grab one with no reply or resolve, except for being fobbed off, and at this stage I am making an appointment with a Solicitor for Monday morning and I am taking Grab One through the small claims court, as I feel this is the only way this matter will be resolved. Do not touch this company or buy any of their deals, as they do not care about their customers at all.

Would not recommend Grabone

I purchased a dressup for my child for Halloween. I ordered it a full month in advance and was assured it would arrive on Oct 21. It never showed and I couldn't get an answer about when it would arrive after several phone calls to the help desk and being put on hold for up to 30 minutes at a time.

When they offered for me to cancel the order, I asked to wait just one more day to see if it would arrive. I was assured that this would be just fine, however, when the item failed to appear the next day and I rang to ask for my refund, I was told the item had shipped and I needed to refuse shipment in order to get my $$ back. Okay, reasonable sounding except the courier left it in my letter box (5 days after I needed it and 15 days after the promised arrival date) so no option for refusal. Then I find only part of the item had been dispatched to me so it wasn't even complete.

More phone calls and emails and I am still waiting for my money to be refunded.

I will certainly be happy to share this experience with anyone and everyone I come across as this is not customer service!!!

Terrible customer service

I bought a deal that is already 2 weeks late on arrival. I have emailed Grabone 3 times and they have not responded. I am constantly trying to call them and kept on hold for 30 minutes+ and still they don't answer!! I have tried for a few days now! Very frustrating!! What is going on? I am based in Ireland and calling their helpline number ie 705 5505 but getting nowhere!

Never received products I paid for and no answer on phone !

I ordered 7 items on Grabone and I've only received 2 . The others are well passed the delivery date and every time I try and ring customer service I'm told to wait and then they cut me off , when I email I get a response that " they'll look into it " and thats it .
Also my daughter used this site to buy 1 product and she also never received her item . I would NOT recommend this site to any one unless you want to be sorely disappointed , frustrated and out of pocket.
